Ran out of Freon and it was so hot. Home warranty had another contractor that said 2 weeks before they could come out. Called Best Rate and they were there the next day. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Office staff lady that scheduled was quick at getting someone there and super nice. The guys that came out had it fixed and running in less than an hour. I highly Recommend this company if you need anything fixed.

No air or heat coming through. Travis was honest with me in what was wrong. Bad fan motor. Took a couple of hours to replace. No problems since. Price was more than fair. Throw in a dozen eggs for a discount. Lol.

Very professional and punctual. During a unit check they found a leak in my coils which was the problem and offered several ways to fix the problem so I could make a decision based on my financial situation. He throughly explained each option with the benefits and risks allowing me to make an informed decision. I chose to get a new unit and they were quick and efficient in replacing it. Great gut to work with for all your heat and air needs.

They installed a mini split for me with no issues, and provided excellent control over the room’s temperature. It’s running great 2 years after with no issues, and I have no complaints! They were very nice and I’d recommend reaching out to Best Rate Heat and Air for any HVAC assistance!

I highly recommend thier services if you need a new unit or even maintenance.I called for maintenance they got out right away.My system was so old I needed an upgrade.So they made me an appointment with the sales guy,Brian.He got me a great price for a Trane unit.Then Daniel and Zack came out and put it all in for me.They did an amazing job,and it was not easy considering my air handler is in my crawl space under my house.But they did it all with a smile on thier faces.They went above and beyond making sure everything was done correctly and did an excellent job.They had a few more guys on thier team but I did not catch thier names,due to them working so hard to get everything done perfect.They even made sure that I knew they were on call 24/7 if I had any problems.So if you are in need of a unit and want the best job and a worry free installation definately call these guys!!
