Called for a routine maintenance, the service technician came out and went through the entire unit and checked everything for any problems. The technician let me know exactly what he did and what he found and recommended the VIP plan which gives me two maintenance checkups per year plus a discount on parts. Best investment I ever bought. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend them for all HVAC needs. Best company I have used.

Awesome fast service even on a weekend!! I had low coolent causing icing up and a.c. unable to actually cool; they were able to fill it and check pressure etc and found a low working capacitor which we chose to replace too. It all took 2 hours or less from calling them up about the problem (though yes were not far from the man who would give the service).
Prices were reasonable and fair.
So glad to have super cool air again especially as the days are getting super hot!!

George, Debbie, Josh, Matt, Ryan, etc... are incredibly skilled, kind, fair and HONEST. The restaurant I work for has been using G&L since they opened and so have I. I turned my mom onto G&L a few years ago and now everyone on her street uses this amazing company. No one wants to have repairs done but we all have to. And G&L is the absolute best!!!

Called for a service call on a Sunday he stated it’s “overtime” and “an additional $99 charge for the call” which makes sense but then he said “all parts get marked up 20%” this doesn’t make sense. Stay away. There are better and more honest around.

They were up front with their pricing showed up when scheduled, Completed the job in a timely manner. The unit is running great!! George is great to deal with and willing to help. G&L is the only company that will work on our units.

I am super satisfied. On the phone, they managed my expectations for a potential high price depending on the kind issue my system is facing (the air conditioning was not cooling anymore). While I was a little hesitant to have them come over, I put my trust in the good recommendations here on Google Maps.

The crew showed up on time and got to work. They tackled the special wiring and controls and hit a home run. They had done their research and had no issues with the installation. Unit is working perfect. After they got done, they cleaned up and you would never know they were there.
