I have been using this cleaning service faithfully every other week for about six months now. For the most part I was pleased with the services they provided. They do a wonderful job paying attention to detail and my house is always spotless when they leave. The reason I am giving them two instead of five stars is because after my most recent clean, I noticed a pair of diamond ear rings were missing. As soon as I noticed they were gone (within 24 hours) I called the office and informed them of the incident. Their response was that the ear rings were moved to another location and the cleaning technician was able to describe what they look like and confirmed she moved them. However, my ear rings are not where they say they should be. I have looked everywhere and cannot find them. There were other pieces of jewelry that were moved and are indeed in the location the cleaning technician says they are; but the diamond ear rings are missing. Long story short, I was told that I could file a police report and they would cooperate fully. As a consumer I would recommend thinking twice before trusting them into your home or at least make sure all valuables are stored in a safe place.

I had such a good experience with Molly Maid! Ester and Alyssa came out and were super thorough and professional. Got a follow up call that made it super easy to set up monthly cleanings too. Highly recommend!

I called Molly Maid twice in an attempt to schedule a move-in cleaning. Super easy, no furniture in the house. Both times I was told that a manager had to schedule that and that they would call me back. That was several weeks ago and I am still waiting on a return call. It’s a weird world when you are trying to give people money and they just won’t respond.

Team 5 is the absolute best! They do such an incredible job every time!

We used Molly Maid (Marta & Lynn) to do a deep clean before listing our home for sale and we were very pleased with the job they did! We had one area in our bathroom that we thought could’ve used some more TLC and they came back within the hour to give it some more elbow grease. Extremely happy with their service and will plan on using them again once we move into our new house.

Very nice people... willing to do what they can to make the customer happy. We have wood floors in our entire house and they looked wonderful after the Molly Maid team came. Things were dusted, vacuumed, and polished. I loved coming home to a clean house!

The good:
The best part of this company was one of their cleaning crews. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and their cleaning quality was great! The ladies on the phone were very friendly too - I think I spoke with Christian and Christy at some point. The initial consultation was very positive and through too. I believe we spoke with Bill.

The bad:
1. We tried 4 other cleaning crews within Molly Maid before we found the one we liked. Other crews’ work was very subpar - missing whole cleaning areas at times. Hardwood floors and tiles didn’t appear to be mopped, backsplash not addressed, etc. So I think overall it’s a hit or miss depending on who you get as your cleaning team.
2. This is the reason for 2 stars. While the managing team was friendly, I think they are poorly organized and unreliable.
This ultimately impacted me as a customer. They canceled 3 times in a row with less than a 24 hour notice. This was also in November - December right around the holidays when we were counting on their service. We tried to work with Molly Maid’s schedule and teams that were available as they appeared to be short-staffed - management just kept canceling on us last minute (after they proposed and confirmed the date and time). On top of that, their system kept sending inaccurate cleaning reminders which caused even more confusion and frustration. If management handled this situation better and with more proactive communication approach, I’d give them a higher rating.

Once again the two cleaning ladies Patricia and Claudia arrived on time and did a very thorough and detailed deep cleaning of our house. The work was well done and the cost was exactly as quoted. We have used Molly Maid of Dunwoody several times now and I would recommend them to other people who want good cleaning service at a reasonable price.
