Firstly, I want to say Team 5 did our cleaning this week and they did a fantastic job! They were very quick, kind, efficient, and I greatly appreciate their diligence. Really pleased with their service and am a very very happy client!

Fantastic maid service! All employees are friendly and courteous, and the cleaning team is thorough. We've had other cleaning services before, but they would try to use our vacuum and almost broke it. Molly Maid brings all their own cleaning supplies and equipment, we don't have to worry about anything. :) They have a nice sounding reward system for their employees too, and we fully support that!

I've been using their service for a year and couldn't be happier with their professionalism and thoroughness! Highly recommend using Molly Maid if you are busy at work and a little anxious about having people come into your home while you're gone. This company is very trustworthy, and the cleaning teams have spotlessly cleaned my home on the scheduled day every month!

Hired them for a move out clean. Requested the appointment I think four or five days in advance. The office was incredibly disorganized and the person who was texting me to confirm my appointment was not the same person who needed to take my card information which ended up being a whole ordeal about us not having an appointment. I also specifically requested a morning appointment and then was texted morning of that it needed to be cancelled and rescheduled for tomorrow... Well obviously that wouldn't work for me since today is the day to turn in the keys. So dispatch called me and said they'd figure something out to get someone to me and they'd get back with me on an ETA. Well, they never called to tell me when someone was coming and thankfully I needed to come back to get the groceries out of the fridge as the final transition to the new place and was here at the same time the crew showed up...

Now all of that is fine it worked out. I understand these things happen.

But my real issue is, they were here cleaning for two hours and I am being charged $300... But the cleaning that was done was subpar at best. I am going to have to wipe down the toilets and the tubs and the floors all over myself because it just wasn't done.

For this price and this overall experience I am disappointed. Will not be hiring again.

I have been using Molly Maids of East Cobb for a while. Team 5, Oscar and Lourdes are absolutely the best! The GOLD TEAM! I cannot recommend them enough!!

Oscar and Lourdes have done an excellent job cleaning my home twice now! Oscar is always very patient as I show him the areas I need extra attention showed to and never once seems frustrated with my requests. He then communicates this to Lourdes and they proceed to do a very good and professional job. I wouldn't want anyone else cleaning my home except for these two!

we love Molly Maid! It’s so great to come to a clean home after work. I must say our cleaning today was THE BEST EVER! We had Team 1 with Maria & Ashley and my wife and I loved them! Came back to a spotless home and organized night stands which I don’t think has ever happened before. Thank you Maria & Ashley for making this the best Molly Maid experience!

Oscar & Lourdes from Team 5 does a great job. Always timely and efficient.

Molly Maid provided excellent services to our family for 6 or 7 years. Late 2022, they didn't show up. No one answered the phone when I called to ask why, so I left a message. They didn't show up the next cleaning, either. No phone or email response. After a few months of no shows, I finally got hold of someone who said the post covid employment crunch had them too short-staffed. I replied that was understandable, but they should have at least notified me by any means at all. They said they didn't have enough people to staff the office.

That's an absurd way to treat a long-standing customer.

I have been using Molly Maid for almost ten years. I am pleased to have Oscar and Lourdes do my cleaning every month. They are thorough and friendly. I love that I can count on the them every moonth.

Updating my review here- Team 5 - Lourdes and Oscar are super hard workers are very detailed. They leave everything looking amazing and I love the way they make the beds! Much appreciated.

Would give a zero if I could. Very unclear drafting of your initial cleaning - claims to pay their employees $58/hr, quotes you $240 or $280 (high but reasonable) for your ongoing visits, doesn't give a dollar amount for the first clean. Came and did a terrible job, won't do dishes or laundry (left all laundry in piles on the floor and just didn't clean the sink area), and then charged us $500 without informing. Insanely patronizing via text/call. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I never write a bad review and this is my very first one. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. We are in the process of selling my moms house in Marietta and needed it cleaned so it could have pictures taken for the listing. My real estate agent set this up for me and I had not contact with them unless it was regarding payment. I came down to Marietta to make sure things were in order for the house being put on the market. I had received a text that morning from Zee that the price of the cleaning was actually different from what they charged due to it being a deep cleaning and more had to be done than expected. When I walked into the house I was shocked to see that there was still dust and dirt on the floors and even some cob webs on the ceiling. Upon looking further baseboards were still covered in ground in dirt. It didn't even smell like it had been cleaned. I also noticed the refrigerator had not even been wiped out. I would have thought this was included in a deep cleaning. I was told when I texted that they were not asked to do that. I would think charging someone 580.00 for a deep clean that would have definitely been self explanatory. I even sent pictures to Zee but she was very noncholant about it.Mind you this house is empty except for a few pieces of furniture. No one has even lived there for the past year. I asked to speak to a manager and have not received a phone call or message back. An apology or an offer to come back to make things right would have gone a long way.Very poor customer service. My real estate agent will not be recommending this company to anyone again. To add insult to injury you send me a text asking about how my experience was so here it is.

This is a great housekeeping service. Team 5 always shows up in a timely manner, cleans my condo really well, and they’re very friendly. I know I can trust them to do a great job. I recommend this company.

Team 5 is wonderful! They throughly cleaning all the in and outs of the house. The bathrooms and kitchen are spotless. Having two dogs in the house can make for a furry situation and they are up for the challenge. The house smells so amazing. I would highly recommend them for your next cleaning!

I needed a move-in clean done over the weekend and they were they were able to provide me service in short notice after a holiday, and did a wonderful job cleaning the house! I was very pleased and thankful for their cleaners!

Team 5 worked very well together & did a great job in my hair salon. It feels good to have it clean & smelling so fresh! I’m looking forward to doing business with them to keep my salon in top shape!
