Left it DIRTY and AWFUL communication. I sent them my concerns WITH pictures as evidence and they responded with a message that seemed to say I was not truthful and then never followed up. We also requested for additional cleaning via email and they never responded before going to clean and then just never cleaned the area that was requested.

I could not have gotten a worse experience if I was trying. I contacted this office because we use Molly Maid at our home in Naples and have for long time and they do a wonderful job and we love our team. This location is HORRIBLE.

The owner came to the house to do a walk through and set up services after we moved in. I should have known not to move forward after he was asking me very unprofessional questions including if I was pregnant.

The initial clean was supposed to be a deep clean because we had just moved in and the house sat vacant before we moved in for a period of time so it needed a really thorough deep clean. Then we were to receive regular cleans weekly.

On the Saturday they were supposed to arrive 9-10AM, when it was 11:15 I contacted the office to ask where the crew was because I was waiting for them. You are unable to contact anyone for an update, so I loaded up all of my dogs and left since I needed to be at an appt and I wasn't able to introduce the dogs to the crew yet. The office manager contacted me about 30 minutes later and said the crew had arrived so I gave them my door code, and was not able to meet with them.

A day or so later I was organizing a closet in a guest bedroom (still getting settled in) and realized the room (on the main floor of the house) was not cleaned at ALL cobwebs, dust dog hair etc. all over the floors and baseboards. The attached bathroom also had not been cleaned AT ALL.

I went down to the first floor which is not used regularly so I had not been down there since they cleaned and realized there was leaves that have come in from the slider doors being open during the move in and they were still all over the floor near the rug. I checked the rest of the rooms / areas on that floor and none of them had been cleaned.

I contacted the office manager and let her know of the issue and she stated she would call me back with a resolution. She did not call me for multiple days, and I received a notification for the upcoming regular service that was previously scheduled. I contacted her to cancel as the services were not being performed and she had not even returned my call. When she answered I told her the reason for my call and she stated she had already canceled my services and those were just automatic emails.

I asked her why she would cancel my services since she had not called me back and I previously had not requested that. She then stated that she wants to discuss one issue at a time and stated that she requested photos from her cleaning crew because they would never miss entire sections of a house so she does not believe what I am reporting. Other reviews for this business specifically state that the crews missed entire sections of other homes, so she is blatantly lying that it has never happened before.

I asked her how it would benefit me to have to keep calling her to discuss this when I just need the services done. Why would I make this up? We wanted the house cleaned and to pay them to clean it.

Don't waste your time with this company.

We've had a great experience with Molly Maid. We typically have Oscar and Lourdes from Team 5 clean our home- it looks wonderful and smells great for days. I like that we have the same team each time, I'm comfortable having them here while I'm working and they're always very friendly.

We greatly appreciate our Molly Maid team. We brought them on to help manage ALL the never ending dog hair and our expectations have been met. We love our dogs but we also love a clean house which Molly Maids excels at. Thank you!

Oscar and Lourdes, Team#5 are amazing! They clean me and my boyfriend's home once a month, and we wouldn't want anyone but them doing it! They are always so nice and professional and pay attention to the details! Areas other cleaners and companies missed, they notice and take care of. In addition, if we point out an area we want extra attention paid to or for them to clean a little better, they always do it without any hesitation and never get upset! Save your time and money! I should have known better than to hire Molly Maids to do a deep clean on my house when they didn't evenshow up for the estimate and never returned my phone call. But I called again to set up another estimate, which they did show up for and was very clear about wanting/needing my floors actually scrubbed, and my other needs for the clean. They provided me with a brochure that included what they do for EVERY clean every time(picture included), and only 1/3 of this was done! They didn't even vacuum the area rugs! The job they did was horrible even for a basic clean, but this was supposed to be a DEEP clean! When they asked me to look over stuff when they were almost finished, I found even the most basic things weren't done like wiping off/dusting the nightstands so I had to ask them to do SEVERAL basic things then finally got frustrated with having to basically teach them how to clean so I just let them be done. I called the office the next day to tell them about it and asked for a refund or partial refund and they said no refunds, but they would have them come out and re-clean, ok fine. Well the second cleaning was just as bad! I had to show them several areas that were untouched and unacceptable. AGAIN, I gave up and just said whatever I guess that's as good as you are willing to do. So then I had to spend time cleaning myself after having them come "clean" twice! I don't even have some crazy high standard of cleaning, but the filth that was left after they "cleaned" is appalling and completely unacceptable! $223 for what?!?! For me to have to go back and clean it myself. They should be ashamed. Are they for real?!?! Look at the pictures and you tell me if that's clean to you...

Had a pretty bad cleaning experience with a crew. I understand that there is a system MM has for cleaning crews. I understand that they set limits on cleanings bc they have other homes lined up. I understand that people don’t like their personal papers being moved or touch. I get all of this. However, what I don’t appreciate is how stuff is missed or overlooked bc a crew is rushed to get to the next home. I had to constantly redirect the crew bc of things that were either overlooked or completely missed. During a workday, I’d rather pay attention to my conference calls than have to direct people on the areas they missed cleaning. I’ve attached some pictures of things that were missed and I had to go back and cleaning: including the mud room, kitchen etc. others have had good experiences with the company, but I didn’t. I can’t be bothered to pay $200 for a cleaning and then have to clean after the cleaners have left. I’ll be honest, I should have communicated that I wanted to my oven cleaned and that it was a double oven. My bad. I shouldn’t have to tell someone to clean breadcrumbs from a counter or for that matter clean the counter. Can’t recommend.

Oscar and Lordes (team 5) are the best! They are very efficient and leave our house spotless!! Especially the bathrooms and kitchen. They go above and beyond and clean places I didn’t even think I could reach! We love team 5!

They did not mop the floor clean. When I brought it up to them, they said they mopped it, but it did not make it clean after "trying everything", but they told "we will try again". And then, they did not mop the floor clean again. I had to use another cleaning service who mopped it clean in 10 min with $10 solution. Molly Maid refused to address it and came up with bunch of excuses. Everything else was good.

We've been using this service, specifically Team #4 (Kim, Felisa) for several years now and they're great. Quick, but thorough. Always on time. And should they ever miss anything, pointing it out always results in never having to do so twice. Solid service at a reasonable price.

Absolutely terrible, do not use this company! They seemingly have no concern for actually cleaning effectively! I have had many parts of my house that were not even touched by the team and many times I had to clean behind them after they left. The company was unresponsive, never offered to rectify the situation, and always charged me full price even after I pointed out the repeated problems. Very disappointing customer service.

Fabulous job! Both the cleaning crew (#4) and the back office staff were very helpful, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I hired Molly Maid cleaning company 2 years ago and Kimberly and Felisia do an outstanding job. Our house always looks so sparkling when they finish the cleaning. They are the best!!!

This office is amazing. They’re friendly and accommodating, and the teams are great, especially Team 5. They charge a fair price, go above and beyond, give back to the community, and pretty much represent exactly what you want a small business to represent. Not only do they want to help you, they will figure out how to. And, they have had the key to my house for over 5 years for which I have worried zero seconds. Use them.

Nothing better than having to clean after you paid for a cleaning service! Really poor job by Team 1 for my initial clean. We were looking forward to having a bi-weekly service, but after the very rushed initial cleaning I was provided, I can’t imagine how careless routine services are.

The initial clean of my 3,400 sq ft, 3 story home only took 1 hour somehow, and that’s because I was left with an untouched microwave, dirt still on the stairs and corners of my rooms, scuff marks left all over my floors and ceilings, dust covering my ceiling fans, and I paid extra for my oven to be cleaned yet there's still food crusted on the oven. An initial “cleaning" shouldn't have only taken 1 hour and that quality showed in the lackluster job. I'm honestly shocked at how little care was taken in cleaning my home. On top of it, the cleaning person was rushing out the door when asking me to check everything, making me feel uncomfortable and like I was unable to check their work thoroughly. It was clear I was just a number on her checklist.
