I had a great experience working with Zach on a complete overhaul of my yard. Zach was very attentive, meeting with me multiple times to determine the best course of action to address drainage issues all around the house. He communicated frequently leading up to the start of the project and every day that the crew was here. Knowing how concerned I was about the volume of water around the house, he was proactive in adding extra catch basins and waterproofing to my existing brick surface. I would recommend Hannah Outdoor to anyone and would definitely use them in the future for any landscape or hardscape needs.

Hannah Outdoor Designs just completed a paving job at my home. All I can say is wow! Zach the owner came out and we scoped out the job. The team that came out to execute the work were highly professional. Post work Zach came out to make sure I was happy with the outcome and to make sure the job met the standards he sets. I am thrilled with how it came out. Zach was totally transparent with the pricing and the team really went above and beyond expectations. The communication throughout was excellent. I was not able to use this company as they would not respond. I have been very disappointed in their lack of responsiveness. I reached out as had seen other good reviews. I have contacted them more than half dozen times, entered correct data on their site and they did service my type of high-end grills. I finally received a call from a technician to get more details on my grills. The tech said I would receive an email soon for quotes. That was over 3 weeks ago and I've had at least 2-3 follow up phone calls since then with their answering service and they indicated they would pass on and did not know why technicians were not responsive and said they would mark urgent. I understand challenges of labor shortages and perhaps too much business to absorb, but not even a follow up? This is the kind of poor responsiveness I would be concerned about if everything did not go exactly as hoped and needed to make right, as so many times it can when having seasonal employees. If they can't respond, how would they respond if to your needs for follow up if you could get them to service your grill?

My grill stopped working in the move to Atlanta. Josh came out and had it working in a matter of 10 minutes. It was obviously minor but still happy to have it taken care for $85.
