This is my first time using Zerorez. I got my carpets cleaned and all the tile on the house cleaned and sealed. They removed pet stains, pet blood spots, and did an amazing job getting the carpets cleaned. The house smells fresh and I could not be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend their services. My technician was amazing!

We received a coupon in the mail for a special on cleaning 3 rooms for $129. It was perfect timing as we needed 3 rooms cleaned. I called and was able to book a next day appointment. The technician was great and did a fantastic job. We are really looking forward to making this at least an annual service.

Scheduling with Zerorez was so quick and easy. Communication before and after the cleaning was professional and friendly. Their technician, Kyle, was knowledgeable, professional, and patient with questions. He made me aware of available add-ons but did not apply any sales pressure. Really enjoyed working with him and the carpets look great!

I had the best air duck cleaning experience with Zerorez today. The technician were professional, nice, answered all my questions, showed me before and after pictures, and asked if l had any questions for them before they left. He even told me how often l will need to have this service again. I am giving them a 5 star rating.

The promos are very misleading and the person who scheduled my cleaning did not know what she was doing. The technician did a great job and worked fast. I really appreciated him but the price at the end was not what I was told on the phone. At the end of the day, the carpets are clean and the technician was great.
