I highly recommend Zerorez. Wiley did an outstanding job and left everything perfect. He was on time, friendly and advised me of all the services that Zerorez has to offer.

I am always satisfied with this company. They do a great job, they are very professional, and it’s easy to schedule. The technicians are always willing to add on services if you want them but don’t try and convenience to do something that you don’t want. I highly recommend Zerorez.

Great service, my cleaners name was Darius and he did an excellent job.

Young man was very professional and honest. I have had cats that have bypassed the litterbox and sprayed over the years. He was upfront about doing his best but cats tend to spray close to base boards so there is no getting at it without replacing the carpet. Nice to deal with straight forward honesty. Sure is nice to know it has been professionally cleaned. Vinegar and water here I come!

Zerorez is great! I had to reschedule my appointment twice — life happens — and they were more than accommodating. Bought a 21 year old house and Zerorez helped it look brand new :) Our carpet cleaner was kind, professional, efficient, and did a great job educating us how to keep our carpets clean. I will be booking again!

Signed up for their specials 3 rooms carpet cleaning. Tech came out and upsale me for spot cleaning. Went from $129 to $716. I agreed and paid. Let them do the job. Came back to find nothing was done. I tried to contact the company but given the run around. Sent them email, no response.

I am now having to have a different company company come out to redo the job. Look at these picture. These are the after pic of the cleaning. Nothing has changed.

Ed is the tech who came to my house. He was funny, thorough, professional, and incredibly helpful. The results blew my mind!! I’ll definitely be using zerorez again!

Zero knowledge and expertise in how to handle oriental rugs. Tore my antique area rug while stuffing it into their van. Heartbroken. Do not trust this company!!

Update: Zerorez refused to clean my rug that they damaged so they did an unscheduled drop off and left it on the street uncovered and unprotected.

STANLEY STEAMER I’m coming back! I had a terrible experience with Zerorez!! They didn’t do a good job of getting my carpet cleaned thoroughly and convinced me I needed an extra service that I saw no benefit. I was offered a re-service with a Quality Lead Technician and a regular service technician showed up asking “how can I help out”. He spot cleaned the carpet and left without letting me he was done. I looked out the window and his truck was gone. Thankfully, my carpet looked better than the job the first technician did. Don’t bother give these people your business. They have no customer service skills and don’t care if their customers are satisfied with their service. Go to Stanley Steamer! They been around and know how to treat their customers!

I wish that there was a guarantee on pet stain removal. The carpet looks great now not sure if the stains will come back. The technician was great but had me sign a waiver on the stains. Will follow up.

My tech was on time and did an amazing job! My stairs look fantastic! He explained everything he was doing, and was polite and courteous. I will use zero rez again for sure.

Steve performed a carpet cleaning of 3 rooms, hallway and 2 sets of stairs. Super profession technician, worked quickly and was thorough. He explained everything he was doing in detail, pointing out problem that I didn't notice before and left my carpets looking as new as it could be for being so old. I am very pleased with this service and would highly recommend him.

They showed up on time as expected. Very upset on the pricing - they kept adding on costs for the smallest things. I believe they would cover up to 250SqFt per room. We have three small bedrooms (11x11) with a very small walk-in (if you want to consider it a walk-in) and we were charged an added fee. We have a larger guest room that the builders showed a smaller SqFt than what they estimated and they added another fee. Finally, they asked for a tip - this is the 1st I've had a company that came to a house to provide a service asking for a tip.

The Worst Experience.

Was quoted $315 on the phone. Gets to the house and states that quote was wrong on the phone, and one room is bigger thus the need to add extra. No big. Charges me $400. There is no mathematical sense to this. Does use tape measure. Just eyes it and sets price at what he sees fit. Call zerorez and they give me the run around, "Oh she's out of office" "You can email him".

This is your classic bait and switch company. Offers the lowest then proceeds to charge you higher. Knows you won't fight it cause there at your door and you've prepped your home for the cleaner.

Beware. I should've used Stanley or some local guy.

What started as a deal of $169, ended up in $300. It was a deal of 2 rooms and staircase, just because of a hallway it went up 45$, for a hallway so small, then he offered a cleanup because of pet urine, which my pet is trained to do it outside but since its an used house ok then. I do have a pet and he sheds that’s why I decided to go with expert cleaners because I wanted a real cleaning! All the wall’s still have pet hair thru out the whole entire area, his excuse the machined they have are not able to reach like WHAT! You have a flat point and you can use that same flat against wall! I will never ever again pay $300$ to have my place look like this (pictures attached) when I can clean it better and with more detail, I didn’t do it myself because I’m 8 month’s pregnant but it is unacceptable, I did told the gentlemen who did the service and he said that dark part is AC pollution or something like that when I stated about the hair’s he said “that’s why we tell clients to vacuum deeply before we come, and when I called the day before I was told to not to, just a quick vacuum.

My only regret is not calling Zerorez first! Josh did a fantastic job extracting stains that another company could not remove. What more can I say? Impeccable, informative, professional, and pleasant service. Thanks Josh!

Rep told me availability was between 3-6 I told them I need them there at 4pm… the next day rep called said people canceled can he come early I said nobody home can he come at 4 he said yes.. rep canceled my appointment and stop answering the phone… I needed this done due to a important meeting…just bad communication bad service.
