Our technician arrived on time, was polite and place placed shoe covers own before he entered the house. Walked around the house and explained the process and what he expected. The outcome to be! Immediately went to work on the upstairs of our house, Carpet came to the middle level and cleaned furniture and then went to the very bottom floor and cleaned carpet.

Everything looked and smelled great when he got He was finished. We couldn’t be happier with his service or the outcome of the visit. We would highly recommend him and Zerorez ❤️

I can’t remember the technicians name that served my home today but his professionalism and attention to detail was unmatched. He explained the whole process and recommended an additional service that was needed. Floors look outstanding! If you haven’t tried Zerorez give them a call.

Excellent customer service from the first call! I hired Zerorez for a move out cleaning. Unfortunately, the power was out at the beginning of the day, due to a hurricane in the area. I called Zerorez to reschedule for the next day, which they did without issue. My power was restored, so I called back to get on the schedule for the same day again, and it was rescheduled without hesitation. I even received a call asking if the technician could arrive earlier than planned, and I had no problem with an earlier cleaning. The technician, Riley, was respectful, professional and he completed the service in less than an hour. Carpets look amazing. Thank you Zerorez!!

We had a terrible experience with Zerorez. We had them come clean some carpet in a house we were about to move into. They asked me to sign a zerorez challenge before they began (not explaining that if we weren’t happy with the results, they would not be responsible to come back).
They told me, over the phone, that the carpet was in good condition with a few spots that had heavy traffic. Later I read in their receipt description that they informed me that the carpet should be replaced, which they did not.
When they were finished, my husband and I went to look at their work. It didn’t look any different than before they started, besides having pretty vacuum lines. It seemed the tech just made a quick pass of the carpet and didn’t even vacuum the backs of the stairs.
We have had them do work before that we were pleased with, so this caught us off guard. We called to see if there was any way for them to just come back to hit the stairs again and some dirty spots. We talked to three different people (two of which were managers), and they informed us they couldn’t do anything to help us because we signed the zerorez challenge. We told them we were very disappointed and weren’t asking for them to redo the whole job, just the spots that appeared to be hasty and not even covered.
They could do nothing to help. Be careful when you sign the challenge. We thought they would take better care of their customers. We do not recommend Zerorez after our experience.

Zerorez always does an amazing job. The technicians who came to my house to clean my air ducts were very respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough. The main technician went over everything with us prior to the start of the job and at the conclusion. Both took their time to make sure that everything was done correctly and they cleaned up after themselves. Thank you so much for the awesome job that was done today!

I scheduled Air vent services with ZeroRez. I was happy with the knowledge and professionalism of Von and Brandon. Explained the need for the air purifier to help with the air quality in my home. I have asthma and it’s important to me to keep my air vent systems clean.

My carpets don’t look much better than they did before the ‘cleaning.’ I’m aware that I had tough stains on my carpet, but thought that it would be best to use “professional” cleaning services. All I can say is that it was $170 wasted. I would’ve been better off renting the $50 Rug Doctor which would’ve given me similar if not better results for a lot less. Thank God I used their holiday special. On top of it I was left with these weird ‘streaks’ on the carpet as if the tech had to clean around an obstructed area although nothing was there. Word of advice: if your carpets have anything other than very minor stains please save your money and just rent a Rug Doctor which actually uses soap which works a lot better than the immense amount of “water” and whatever lack luster cleaning agent. Don’t waste your time AND money like I did. 🙄

The technician was very professional and did a good job cleaning of my carpet. He completed the carpet cleaning upstairs promptly but thoroughly. There are a few spots that are still damp, but one was a spot were there was a stain.

My technician Darius was amazing!! He went through all the steps to make sure I didn’t have any questions about the process and after care. He was efficient and completed the service quicker than I expected. My carpet looks great!!

Very punctual, fast, professional and reliable. I can’t believe he actually got this carpet to look as clean as it looks. I wish I’d taken a “before photo” so you could see the difference. With a creative young daughter the carpet was horrible!

I had Zerorez out to clean the carpet in multiple rooms. They did an amazing job, especially the hall outside the kitchen, which had multiple stains. I would definitely recommend them.
