I want to thank the wonderful group at Champion Cleaning Systems once again for coming to our aid during a SECOND water disaster in a year’s time!
Both times, we received extremely reliable and expert service to restore our home. Andrew was here to assess the damage within an hour after we called. He has always been available to communicate clearly with our insurance company, as well as our contracting company. I never had to wonder if/when crews would show up; I have NEVER met anyone from Champion who was anything but kind, considerate, courteous, and competent. ALL of these guys worked very hard to make a difficult situation bearable for us. We can’t thank Tanner, Nevin, Kyle, Hunter, and Jose enough for working so diligently to straighten out the root of our water problem. Andriy did an AMAZING job, both this time, as well as last time, to monitor the drying out process to ensure that our home is protected. We also really appreciate Calvin and Josh for their professional monitoring. Hannah and Andrew have been extremely responsive to ALL of our questions. I just appreciate EVERYONE at Champion Cleaning systems more than words can say, and I wouldn’t ever think of calling anyone else.

Although I didn't use their services due to my contractor providing the same service, I truly believe this is a great, respected and reputable company. Jockien was professional and took his time explaining the entire process to me. I felt he was honest and ensured I was comfortable with what he was saying. If I ever need a water restoration company in the future, Champion wil be my 1st call with a special request for Jockien.

We had our hot water heater bust, and the plumber told us about Champion Cleaning Systems. Well I called Champion and Andrew came out and got everything done super quick! They did a wonderful job and knew exactly what they were doing! Mitchell and Taj did the mitigation and demolition and did absolutely amazing too. Aaron helped a huge deal with testing the moisture in our home and taking the equipment out as soon as it was all dry. We appreciated their help so much and would 100% recommend them to anyone in need!

Champion has proven to be an all-star team of champions. Joshua was my lead tech, and he not only insured the process was user friendly, . My cleaning techs, Liam and Jonathan were timely courteous and professional, and really took a no nonsense approach to mitigating our contamination issues. I hope to never have need to use there services again, but if we were to, Champion would get first call.

Every single step of this process along with every single person that I dealt with was AMAZING! If I could give them 50 stars I absolutely would! They came in and took care of my house and showed concern for my family like they were part of my family! TJ was available to assist and never left me wondering. Mike and Kevin came in and took care of my home with care and professionalism every step of the way! Dayna and Meghan did not disappoint or skip a beat in getting me through the difficult stuff! My husband and I were so impressed with Joshua, his professionalism, kindness, and knowledge were wonderful. Joshua did a thorough inspection of where the pipe broke and the water flowed and he was honest with us, he did not try to get us to have work done that we did not need. I will definitely be using Champion in the future and Joshua gets 10 stars!

I had a water behind the wall problem and Champion sent out Joshua, a tech professional that accessed the situation, walked me through the process and help me understand what comes next. Josh will even talk to your insurance company with or for you. If you have a water, fire or a mold problem call Champion.

Champion has some great employees! Starting with Joshua, then Liam our team lead (Best man out there for a water restoration job!!!) then Steve , John , Hunter, and others!. Liam, the team lead, good character, wealth of knowledge about his job, hard worker!. He kept us informed every step of the way. We saw firsthand, every man on this great team work very hard together and ‘go the extra mile’ even work extra late hours, to get our very difficult project accomplished!!! That’s so very important for a water damage restoration project! They are a great team!!!

We cannot express how pleased we are with the services of Champion Cleaning Services. We were on vacation when we got notified that our basement flooded. I immediately called and Noah and Jockien were at my home within the hour to start the evaluation of the damage. 8,000 gallons of water saturated our basement. We are so grateful to Noah, Jockien, Joshua, Steve, Liam, and Gideon for a fast and professional mitigation of the water intrusion. Steve was on top of the day to day operation from day one. We appreciate his dedication. We would highly recommend them for any disaster services. Thank you!

Steve and Dave came by my home to complete some mitigation work and they did a wonderful job. They did everything correctly and quickly without disturbing our everyday living. They also cleaned up after themselves and I really appreciate that. I would definitely use this company again if needed in the future.

My experience with Champion Cleaning was disappointing. The project manager, Josh, provided his contact information but did not follow through with promised updates or emails. Calls for status updates resulted in assurances that were never fulfilled, leading to a week of delays and wasted time while I managed a full-time job.

Given the lack of communication and follow-through, I cannot recommend this company. This was especially unexpected, as I chose them based on what appeared to be a strong reputation.

Champion and their staff are amazing! Calvin came the day I called to assess the situation in our kitchen and immediately set up machines to dehumidify and purify the air and room. His team came back to tear out flooring and set up fans, then everyday Ruben or Aaron came by to monitor the moisture levels. Dealing with water damage is not fun, but this team made it bearable. While we won't miss the noise of all the drying machines, we will miss these guys! And Hannah keeps everything running in the office -- she's a gem and goes the extra distance. So glad we found Champion!

Thank you very much for your quick response. The call was a late one and the guys came out without complaint. They diagnosed where the water was coming from and set the equipment in to start the drying process. Thank you Kenn, thank you Steve, and thank you Liam for all that you did to help my family.

When I say, on time. I mean right on time. These guys are very professional, and dedicated to their customers. They took care of my flooded home without delay. They made my already stressful situation better. Thanks to the team that came out and did an excellent job for me and family.
