Heck yeah! Had lukewarm/cold water for first 3 weeks living in new apartment. This plumber came, asked questions, explained what the problem was, and fixed it well and fast! Is a bit crazy how anyone lived here before as the part for hot water was missing.

They were contacted by the apt complex. 4 hrs later showed up. Sucked up the water in the dining room and living room. But skipped the feces infected bathroom floor where it all started. I even went outside to the van and told the tech. He left

Alexander was VERY rude and disrespectful towards my mother who was there to let him in to fix our shower drain. Ignored her, didn’t even acknowledge her. She said she feels it was racial, and he excepted her to ask as if she was beneath him. I would never use this service again.

They did a very professional job at the Hartley of Sweetwater, getting the draining system cleared! They were very thorough and tended to the needs of my place !

This company is not at all professional. They rud disrespectful and nothing at all like the false reviews, I have pictures of the unprofessional work, unhuman ,unsanitary work if this company so professional, why haven't I received the same professional work. They left my home with unsanitary waste and didn't give it one thought . Descreamating against someone is illegal and that is how I was left feeling.

The gentlemen that came to my home were helpful and kind. Austin handle both toilets in my home. The gentlemen wore booties, as I requested. They fix both problems on the first visit and everything is working smooth. Thank you guys!

I called yesterday at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon about an emergency in my house one of the pipes on my garage ceiling broke and the whole garage flooded and the ceiling collapsed. The company that a lease from use Creative as the contractor to fix this type of emergencies so the open a ticket with them . I contacted them as soon the incident occurred and the told me tbey would send someone on Christmas Eve to fix this . I had no water on the entirety house and of course i cant use the hot water either. Was 10 degrees outside and no hot water at all . But I waited patiently but nobody arrived . Is been already more than 24 hours and nobody come over to fix this issue, nobody contacted us , no even an courtesy call. I call several times and no answer, finally around 4:00 o’clock someone name Jesse answer being super rude , he literally talk back like he didnt even care about out situation. I explained i have kids and no water at all and he was like acting like was not a concern at all to him and when i ask for his full name he hung up. This is really unprofessional, rude and disrespectful to dont care about something so important like having a whole family without water with this temperature outside ,for more than 24 hours . Creative as a professional business we should train your employees to be more caring, respectful and professional on this type of situation. And Jesse whoever you are hopefully you learn how to be a better employee because you work ethic sucks!

We use Creative at our apartment complex, and they are AMAZING! They work miracles on carpets and resurfacing. They are all super friendly and knowledgeable as well! 100% recommend them!

We had a busted pipe that leaked all over the master closet. Clint was able to come on time and ripped out the damaged part and replace with new ones. Team at Creative was very attentive as it was struggle between multiple teams to get the pipe fixed and dry wall replaced. Highly recommended!!!

I waited patiently for 2 hours for Jake and Nick to arrive. In the beginning, they were great. Nick was kind and informative. I had an appointment I had to miss with this taking up my entire Saturday, but I was kind and patient and assuming they would do a good job. Throughout their time of repair, they saw me boxing up and moving a few items to finish up packing. For whatever unknown reason they decided to not warn me that he would be pumping the entire floor. Therefore all the sewage water with feces was leaking on all my electronics and equipment and going into the next door neighbors. And the vacuum water guy even said how rediculous they were because they left the entire mess for them to clean without any help. Who works like this!? They literally just left it for us to deal with!!!!

Hands down the best people to call when you have anytime of plumbing issue. My apartment complex dropped the ball twice and creative came out and stayed till the am to make sure the problem was fixed and my apartment was not full of poop water. I really really thank them, another company came but left. Will always recommend. And even though the carpet guy made it before the plumbing team he still did his best to help out. Very nice gentlemen and dedicated.

I live in an apartment complex and my complex sent this company to out to fix a clog in my bathroom tub. I don’t like people wearing shoes on my carpet, so I kindly ask the gentleman to put bags (I provided) over their shoes. The first guy no issues with him. However this rude guy named Cody was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. Cody snatched the bag out of my hand and told me asking him to do this was ridiculous. Cody then said to me “you don’t own this apartment” like excuse me I pay rent here every month. So I’m like sir feel free to leave and let the other gentleman finish. The clog was never fixed and Cody left and didn’t fix the clog. He also broke the piece at the bottom of the shower. As he was leaving he dropped a nasty plunger in the middle of my floor and made a mess I had to clean and he also didn’t clean up things he left behind. I called the manager who was very nice. If Cody doesn’t like his job he should get another one.

We called creative for a clog we had in our bathroom that we first had another plumbing company come out and fix. Sadly, after paying 1100 the issue was not fixed. Jeff and Chris where sent out and in less than 35 minutes they had my drain cleared. I can't not express enough how grateful I am for Creative. Thank you soo very much for getting us back up and running. You have gained another customer as we will not be using anyone else. I highly recommend Creative. If you want the best, reasonably priced plumber, give these guys a call. Thank you again!

I had a emergency so i asked Ashlyn if she could schedule this issue for today. She went out of her was to make sure my issue was resolved. Creative is my 1st choice and this is why.

I didn’t even want to give 1 star. 0/10 - WILL NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. Where do I even start?! I put in a maintenance request on Wednesday due to having a clogged toilet that was backing up into my tub. I got a call saying the plumbers will come out within a couple hours to fix the issue. They did not arrive to my apartment until 2:45am THURSDAY MORNING. I have a 1 year old son!! I would be INSANE to answer the door at that time while we’re in bed sleeping. I got a call from the maintenance workers around 8:30am Thursday morning asking if the plumbers came. I explained to them that they will need to get someone else to come out because they tried to come in the wee hours of the morning, which is very unprofessional. They then showed up at 11 and needed to suction out the blockage. This problem was created from other tenants that’s in my apartment building - not my issue. They continued to come in and out of my apartment, leaving unsanitary fluids on my floor stating they’ll be back in 30 minute increments. After the 1st time leaving, they returned 45 minutes later and walked straight into my house without acknowledging they were coming in!!! No knocking or doorbell ring - nothing!!! The 2nd time leaving, they said they would return in 30 minutes. They never returned after that. I had to make another maintenance request for them to return and clean my bathroom! They left sewage stains in my tub, a hole in my wall, and a dirty toilet and dirty plumbing utensils in my trashcan. My next door neighbors toilet is damaged from them attempting to remove the blockage….. and I’m still without a toilet. Unsanitary & Unprofessional!!! DO. NOT. WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
