The tech did a great job walking my large yard with the spreader; however, I am concerned that one spreader full of product will not be surficed enough to fully cover my yard. I watched from my camera and only one spreader full was dispersed. My concern is the spreader became empty and the tech just kept riding without refiling. This is a concern.

Latonya with TruGreen was wonderful today. She provided excellent, professional, and timely service and we look forward to our next service.

Your rep came to the door to let me know he was here to put fertilizer on the lawn. He had a good personality, friendly, eager to get busy. Locked the gate when he left the backyard. Good experience.

First visit was exceptional. Technician Larry was very professional and knowledgeable. I actually watched him work. He has a very good work ethic. He made sure all areas were covered. So far, I have no complaints. Nice job!

Technician DeAngelo is also very thorough. This is the second or third time he has serviced my lawn. He always tells what he is applying and explains what happens next. I'm very pleased so far. I should be posting a picture with a weed-free lawn soon.

They do a good jobs band hire good people. However, they leave paper everywhere and I’m not a fan of the paper and plastic they leave on the lawn. It’s trash. I wish they wouldn’t do it.

The absolute worst service. Killed my grass. And all that was offered was a one time free service. After all my complaints, a manager came out to check my damaged grass. They said someone with experience will come out and start treatment. Couple of days later the same guy shows up and ask me what needed to be done. I sent him away and canceled the services. Keep all you receipts because this company will lie about their services performed. My Ring doorbell caught it all.

I am so upset that I wish I could rate them "0". I've been scheduled for a reapplication because the technician that arrive the 1st time was not truthful. I specifically waited at home for the reapplication to find out at 5:05 p.m. that my service is reschedule due to personal problem. What!? Not to mention, I called them 2 previous times. The first time I was told he would arrive between 12 and 5. The second time I was told he was enroute. I will definitely be cancelling. Stay clear of this company. You have been warned.

I really was about to let them go, but they wanted to know why and heard my concerns and went above and beyond to make amends. The customer service is exceptional, and they really listen and targets your complaints , and go out that way to make you satisfied

TruGreen keeps my grass looking so GOOD. I have neighbors who do not treat their grass and my grass compared to theirs is like night and day. Our grass looks like CARPET!! Treating your grass really makes a difference. Thank you TruGreen :-)

Before this last treatment, my yard was beautiful. This last treatment left burned patches. Also, my yard was aerated, without warning for $200. So almost $300 later, I have the ugliest yard in the neighborhood.

This company proved to be troublesome even before we hired them! Called them for an estimate, but their prices were much higher than the quote of the company we chose to go with which was Turf-Magic. The first follow-up call was acceptable and the representative was politely told that we have chosen a different company. Approximately 5 phone calls later, 3 of which was in an hour with different representatives demanding to why we didn’t choose them and promising that they could beat anyone’s price and service, I had to get rude. When a business blatantly tells me on a follow up call that they can beat any competitors price, that tells me that they didn’t give me their best price up front and was trying to price gouge me! Hopefully they will not call back, but if they do I will update this review.

I am a new Trugreen customer and must say they are so much more superior than my old company Unlimited Lawn Care . They take their time to explain the treatment plan for your lawn care. They be slightly more expensive but very well worth spending the money for the quality, customer service and they stand behind their product.

This was our service with TruGreen. So, it is too soon to know how well it works. However, I used them because my neighbor uses them and I could see a difference in her grass within two weeks. So far, communication has been phenomenal. Also, the sales representative that called me after I visited their website is the main reason I decided to use TruGreen. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me decided which services would work best for our yard.

Josh B was great! He was the first person to service my lawn since signing up for TruGreen and he was so friendly and efficiently aerated all of my front and back yard! We’re off to a great start thanks to Josh B!

Akeel competed a yard treatment on our home on 04/11/2025. The previous night, we had a bad storm which knocked plants and a yard sign over on our porch. After he completed the yard service, he picked up the plants and yard sign and placed them back in their respective places. He didn’t have to do this kind gesture but he did. I wanted to say thank you and great job! I hope he is notified of this review. Small acts of kindness go a long way.

TruGreen service man gave a great explanation of what and why. He was treating my lawn for bugs and killing weeds from the lawn.
