True Green always does a great job, they go above and beyond to make sure that they meet your expectations. They have always met my expectations, I believe that it is teamwork between the customer and True Green , We all must work together , James is excellent in what he does , he communicates very well. He makes sure that I am happy and he goes above and beyond in making sure that I get the best experience and lawn care service. Thank you, True Green for always being there for my lawn!!!

TruGreen has provided expert lawn care for us for many years. I trust their expertise. Our lawn is one less worry for us since it is on the capable hands of the professionals at TruGreen!

I just got the service. I received my 2nd treatment today. So far I have gotten reports about the type of weed that is being treated, how much product they are using, the square footage of product application, and of course the cost. I get text message reminders and appoint arrival and end time. When I originally spoke with a rep to start service the rep was very knowledgeable and nice. He understood my desire to have a beautiful lawn to match my home. As time goes on I will let you know of any improvements or opportunities that may occur.

Usually I’m not home during these appointments but I was today. I got a notification stating my service was complete and nobody from your company even step foot on my property
I have cameras around my entire home so there was no way they could have been missed

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got initial service and was told the price would be 50% off. I watched my camera and the technician didn't even treat my backyard. I called to ask if they could come and finish and during the call, I saw I was also charged over $160.00 (not the 50% off I was told even after they used satellite view to measure my yard). I canceled my service and I was told they couldn't give me a refund of the excess beyond the 50% paid; I was only offered a 10% off, which was laughable.

Would not recommend this company.

I left a review 3 months ago, but looks like it was removed. My main problem with TrueGreen is that they refused to spay a 5ftx5ft area that had overgrown with weeds, because when it had grass, TrueGreen neglected on so many visits, the original grass died.
All I wanted was for them to spray it so the weeds die, so I could then place new grass. They said no. I told them to have a nice day.

Thanks for the free service. Carlos was polite customer service and a true TruGreen employee because the questions I shared with him regarding my questions to Corey and Corey's answer to me he would not confirm nor verbally contradict although his facial expressions spoke otherwise. I am not offended or unhappy but it makes me more wiser and understanding of the pros, cons and expectations of a nice looking lawn per Trugreen.

Their personality is so friendly Customer Service and the Lawn Specialists. I love that the Specialists don't play around, they come in early, started the job, leave the paperwork about your lawn and they leave until the next time. Great work!

Inconsistent, unreliable Andrew doesn't show up. Scheduling was a real issue. Appointment will be set up and follow up calls had to be made. Too much of a hassle to deal with so they were fired.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I live in a neighborhood where they have current clients. I asked for them to come by for a quote which they agreed they would, they were a no call no show. As a business that is the absolute worst thing you can do for a potential client. Would not recommend any new potential customers because clearly they have too many to handle already.?

Called for firewood and left a message, within 20 minutes, I received a call back. They were closeby. We got a great haul for a great price! Thanks again!

I have tried several lawn care services in the last couple of months but I must say Tommy did Great work! Had some limb removal and weeds had grown up close to the house my yard is totally transformed. Will be using his service biweekly .

Tommys Lawn care services are great! Prices are reasonable, they have excellent customer service, communication is punctual, and they strive to make their customers happy. I would highly recommend this company based on their professionalism, integrity, mannerisms, organizational functions, gratitude and demonstrations of quality!!!

I do t normally do this but I hired this company and we had an agreement to pay 80.00 a month 40.00 every 2 weeks. They have never been on time and he is not a man of his word and very unprofessional. Says he goes out of his way to come home lives only 4 miles from me but acts like he drives 100 miles. I only ask for grass cut,bushes trimmed and leaves blown, I asked this up front and we agreed upon everything before services was ever started. I never stiffed him and always paid the least they could ha e done was kept their word or told me no in the beginning. All I say is consumer beware after he lied and slandered me to my wife.

A 30 ft. tree fell on my yard after a storm. I was desperate to get someone to cut it a haul it away because it was blocking the driveway. I was fortunate to find Tommy’s lawn care! It was late In the afternoon and I didn’t expect them to come same day but he and his lovely wife Michele said Yes! Not only did they come same day they saw another dead tree and sent me photos with the recommendation to take it down. Oh! They also ground the stumps!! Took about an hour! These folks are trustworthy, do excellent work, have a fantastic sense of urgency and are customer focused! So blessed to find them! Next I’ll be using their haul away service !
