Starting I want to say I’m completely satisfied with the service trugreen renders. It’s not the quality of the service, but the face of the company, which is the customer support/service. My husband had an incident with his account being charged twice. It wasn’t the mistake itself because things do happen, but the way in which he was handled by customer service was unacceptable and unnecessary. The first representative he spoke with explained that it was a global issue and that IT was working on rectifying it. He was very polite and explained we would be refunded by the close of business. So once we noticed it was after 5 pm we called back just to double check the situation. The young lady that we spoke to was rude and lacked empathy! She spoke to us as if we were lying about being charged and even after sending proof of the charges, she not only had an “oh well” attitude and told us to contact the bank! She completely contradicted the previous info we had received. In todays economy, every penny counts and no one wants to give their money to a company that they feel like just another number with!

Antwan did an excellent job. For as long as I've used TruGreen, Antwan is the only (one person) service tech who took his time and covered my entire yard with the treatment. Everyone else half completed the job.

Request Mr Roman Myles if you want your service done and to be educated about your yard

DO NOT USE this company service! Called the company about the poor service and the supervisor stated that the tech spray 1000sqft per minute. So if you yard 3000sqft then the tech just need 3 minutes to perform.
Better do business with Lawn Doctor as they will have real tech service!

I contacted TruGreen to request a quote for lawn mowing services. During the initial call, the representative confirmed that they provided grass-cutting services and collected my personal information, scheduling and pricing. Only after obtaining all of this information did the representative clarify that TruGreen does not, in fact, offer lawn mowing, but rather lawn treatment services.

I politely informed the representative that this was not the service I was seeking and that I was not interested. Despite this, I have since received repeated phone calls, text messages, and even an unsolicited visit to my home.

Very disappointed! The technician arrived at 8:06am and left at 8:08am. I didn’t even know he was here because he didnt ring the doorbell or knock. I was alerted when an email came over saying “Your Service Has Been Completed”. I thought that was strange because I paid for my backyard to be serviced and I have a fence that is locked, so he would have needed me to open the gate. I check my cameras and he just came up, put the tag on my door, put a sign in the yard and left. Here only two minutes.

The Trugreen experience is back to excellent work with the new spraying system for tech. The top standard for yard service is wonderful again to get rid of the Ugly in yards. Got my 20 plus seeded yard looking as good as the sod yards across the street. It is a process but with a little time and water I’m loving it.

The technician was, courteous and knowledgeable. He provided information regarding general and seasonal issues affecting the condition and presentation of my lawn. I’ve used TruGreen for many years with satisfactory results.

Representative made contact with me, explained the service I was getting on that day, excellent communication, very pleased!

After having true green for our lawn care service and having to let them go several times. We decided to give true green another chance. We are truly pleased with the service that you have been providing for us the last year in a half. You now have dedicated staff that cares for our lawn as they care for their lawn.

Seeding will take time but should germinate.

After a previous treatment on my yard, We noticed some weeds in our yard, that were not there before the treatment. I called Trugreen Customer service, and informed them of the weeds. They were kind, apologetic and understanding. They scheduled another treatment at no charge to deal with my concerns. I was wall pleased with their handling of my issue. I should start by saying that it takes a lot (either positive or negative) for me to write reviews. I have been so frustrated so far this season with my attempts to repair my yard after using TruGreen's services last year. I can't take anything away from any customer with a positive experience, but I would never recommend TruGreen, especially to anyone with centipede grass. I called around for a good weed company, and most companies told me no because centipede is a sensitive grass, and they were afraid of the possibility of killing it. TruGreen told me that my grass type would not have been a problem. After the first application, the whole yard started turning brown, but I kept dumping money into their services in an attempt to trust the process. After a while, phone calls with concerns became more frequent, and despite my requests for one singular person servicing our property, there was always a new face each service. Eventually, I decided to cancel. Now, my lawn is so patchy with large bare spots with nothing but red dirt. I had to put down sod in a large area (very expensive - see photo), and I'm attempting to patch other areas with grass seeds. I'm so incredibly disappointed in the service, and choosing to go with them has been my biggest regret as a homeowner. That said, if you have centipede grass, STAY AWAY.

Mr. Ramon Smith is an excellent special. His customer service was excellent and he went beyond the call of duty to get the job done efficiently and effectively! He addressed all concerns and did it with a smile. That you Tru-Green for one of the best specialist!!!

Have been a Trugreen client since August of 2022 and every year I say I am going to cancel. There are pros and cons. Sometimes the cons outweigh the pros. My property is not the pretty front lawn with lots of sunshine that needs just fertilizer weed control and lime LOL. It is a 2.1 acre lot with many many hardwood and pine trees. Due to the trees a large portion of my yard is shaded. The areas of grass from Trugreen"s feedings has been/is beneficial. The grass has gotten thicker, weedless in some areas and green! Because my yard is not the regular default green grass yard my correspondence, communication, service, and scheduled dates with Trugreen can be exasperating! One other reason is due to my area Bermuda grass is a common seeding there is no reseeding plan. The areas where green weeds were are bare per the weed control applications. Due to this there has to be DYI or hiring for quick reseeding or agitating the bare areas with soil and wait for the drop off seeds per the Bermudas grass. Either technique involves yard work and a lot of patience and waiting. Now that I have shared my thoughts I will/may perhaps remain a client of Trugreen. My Trugreen continuous relationship is special.

I have a great deal of weeds in my yard. I asked the specialist what was the service he was providing today. He said Pre Emergent I asked him can he put down an application of weed control and he obliged to me request. He said I should see results in 14 days. I pray the application provides some results.

Tech showed up on time & customer service responded to my complaints quickly. I do not think the quality of my service was worth $90. When my sprinkler heads are still not adjusted correctly. But it was very nice for the tech to give me an adjustment tool for me to do it myself, on a recall visit for the issue. 2 heads still spraying my A/C unit & brick wall of house. This is after the techs recall visit to address the issues left from his 1st visit.
If you have a nice lawn, know that a spade shovel is used to dig up your lawn (12"radius) if heads are being replaced. Not very pretty once it's done. So that was my experience with TG Irrigation Service in 05/2019. So I can only give this 2 stars & discontinue service after I pay this $90.00 bill!

TruGreen is doing a wonderful job with our lawn. Our dead, brown grass is now growing a beautiful green just as they promised. We are pleased with what we are seeing, and would recommend them to anyone who has problems with dead or unsightly grass.

Message, will arrive between 12-5. Arrived 6:30. Waiting to let him in the backyard. No one should have to wait that long for a 15 minute visit. That's how long the grass spraying usually last. The service is not worth the time, U have to wait for them to show up .

Maximus Lee was excellent, smiling, great attitude and on top of that when he was finished with everything, he gave me a print out on a paper which I never got before. This is like my six or seventh service and the first time I ever got a print out paper showing exactly what he did , Highly recommended
