Brandon Jeffcoat came to my apartment to look at my hot water heater because the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. After looking at it, he determined that it needed to be replaced. He made sure that he called management to get approval for a replacement before going to lunch and promising to be back. By 4pm, I thought that I would have to wait until the next day but a few minutes later he was back with the new unit and 2 additional employees. David replaced the hot water heater and Demeatrious helped him. They were done in few hours and made sure they left my place clean. I really appreciate that Brandon wanted to honor his word and make sure the I wasn't without hot water for another day. All 3 employees were professional and very kind. I would definitely recommend this company.

While Michael did a good job with the carpet cleaning itself, his conduct during the service left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.

Throughout the appointment, Michael repeatedly insisted that I had pets in the rental property (previous residents had multiple dogs). Despite my clear response that I do not even replying “I’m a plant mom”, he continued pressing the issue and even went so far as to suggest that I had “removed evidence of them.” This was not only incorrect but also inappropriate and off-putting. I was taken aback by his persistence, especially in the presence of two other cleaners, who themselves paused to look at him in disbelief at how far he was pushing the matter.

I remained composed during the interaction, but I feel it’s important to bring this to your attention. A technician’s job is to provide a professional service, not to challenge or interrogate customers about their personal living situation. While I appreciate the quality of the cleaning, this aspect of the experience was disappointing.

I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it can be addressed to ensure future interactions remain professional and respectful.

Update: I posted this review 8 months ago. No one from the company has reached out in that time to discuss their employee’s conduct or mend the business-customer relationship in any way. I removed one star to reflect my experience.

Sherm was so sweet and took care of my problem with ease. He went above and beyond to solve my problem. Great guy.

Our apartment management uses this company and a few weeks ago, I had a leak that damaged my carpet. Unfortunately, while repairing the issue a very nice desk I used for my remote work was damaged. Literally, EVERYONE I communicated with at Creative was incredibly understanding and kind. My issue was quickly resolved with compassion. I would recommend Creative MultiCare a million times if I could, especially Mike!

Mike who calls to verify appointments is 10/10. Not many people can make me laugh so early on a Monday morning. What a great way to start the day.

1/25/2026. My apt complex used this company. Young men entered my home and prior to doing so I requested both parties wipe their boots off as the mud from the storm was heavy.
Phillip tracked mud in multiple locations in my main bedroom upon entering.
I have called the company to address the matter to be resolved with cleaning what their workers dirtier.
At this time I am awaiting a call back as Cassie took my information.
I shall keep an update regarding the matter.

The worker by the name of Charles did an amazing job at my apartment, he went above and beyond to get the water from the flood out the carpet…also moved my bed as I couldn’t do it….
