Mr. Parsons relocated junction boxes and re-wired portions of the kitchen so that no outlets and switches would be seen in the backsplash. He assessed the situation and reworked what had been done previously. I am thoroughly pleased with his expertise, work, timeliness, and reliability.

I feel very lucky to have found Friendly Electric. I needed an electrical panel upgrade and for my house to be grounded. I also needed all the outlets to be repaired and upgraded and some new outlets put in. I got a very fair estimate and the work done was excellent and everything was completed as promised. My house is now safe and up to code and I have all outlets everywhere I want.

Half of my home outlets were not working on one side of my home. After careful diagnostics and within a few hours, Friendly Electric had the outlets restored and now working. Thankfully, I also was able to turn on my Christmas lights outside!

To begin, I want to emphasize that JP and their partner were undeniably friendly and pleasant. However, my disappointment with their services grew once I had a couple of other electricians inspect the same issue. Here's what transpired: I encountered a problem where sparks were emanating from my control panel, leaving most of the house without power. I immediately contacted Friendly Electric, and they responded promptly by arriving the same day, which was commendable. However, upon arriving, they merely glanced at the control box without opening it and immediately recommended a whole new system, insisting that we needed various components. Furthermore, they disclosed that they couldn't fix our current panel to restore power as it wasn't up to code, rendering it untouchable. Consequently, they anticipated that we would be without power for approximately seven days due to the time required to obtain permits, but reminded us that we could commence the project by paying a deposit. Later that day, we received an email with our project estimate, which was just a simple list outlining the costs of materials and labor, culminating in a staggering total of over $9,000. This raised some red flags for me, prompting me to seek another company's services. The alternative company that I contacted was incredibly professional and managed to fix my current panel, restore power, and provide me with a quote of only $4,600 to replace the panel and carry out the necessary work. Although JP boasts an impressive record of positive reviews, and they seem like a genuinely decent person, perhaps they misjudged the extent of the job that we needed.

Booking with Friendly Electric you can't go wrong! Our power went out in the house and they came through for us! They explain what the issue was thoroughly for us to understand and what will take place in order to fix the issue. Friendly Electric spoke with the inspectors for us so that we can get our electric restored before the 4th. Jepen and Chuck were very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and patient.
