Chuck did a fantastic job fixing my fireplace! They were quick, professional, and thorough. The issue was diagnosed and resolved efficiently, and my fireplace is working perfectly now. Highly recommend!

JP showed up late, with no equipment and reeking of marijuana. Not only did he not fix my light switches, but he actually messed up the electrical work so now they don't work at all. He charged me a fortune- $650 to "fix" 2 light switches. Then he left a phone at my house. I've been trying to get him to come back for weeks but I guess he doesn't want this phone back since he robbed me.

Had a 3 way switch that stopped working. They figured it out and corrected it all within an hour. Fast, responsive and reasonably priced.

The absolute worst! Find yourself another electrical company.
I had purchased a wired ring door that needed to be installed. I had installed the transformer but for some reason, it wasn’t powering up the ring doorbell. I had called Friendly to help me figure it out but instead they went on a tangent telling me I needed a chime. The ring instructions clearly stated if you have an existing chime, you’ll need to short it out which would defeat the purpose of buying a new chime in the first place.
I’m glad I got a second opinion from a reputable electrical company - Epies Electrical. The new transformer I had installed was culprit. Unfortunately I had already paid Friendly $150 for absolutely nothing.

I am so pleased with the work by this company. They were fast, thorough and efficient. I'd defintely reccomend them!

Hire these guys they say what they do in and out in hours not days they know what they are doing both came on a Saturday to trouble shoot within an hour both knew what the problem was not only Saturday they finished the job on a Sunday not to many can say that very pleased you have a customer for life

Friendly came in on Tuesday and Wednesday my problem was fixed. I had a bad connection to my hot water heater and they were able to replace the wires. The even did more then just a quick fix they actually added an emergency power switch and breaker that should have been there in the first place. You can definitely tell the difference between my before and after pictures. I'm glad they were able to come fix it and work with me.

Excellent workmanship. Was late to the appointment but otherwise happy with the work. Very polite and easy to work with. Will work with him in the future again

I can't recommend this company enough. The service was professional and very affordable. He took the time to check over everything to ensure the power to my AC unit was working correctly after his repairs. This is definitely my new electrician!
