Terrible service. We submitted a request on Tuesday morning after a storm caused issues with our power (that even stopped our A/C unit from working). We used the "book now" function to request an appointment that afternoon. They said that they were booked for the day (despite having full availability on the site) and they would come today. My husband called and they said that they "were still booked, but could come out tomorrow." We've already stressed to them that the power is affecting our A/C unit and that it is 78 degrees in the home, but they did not care.

We were provided a quote of roughly $400 dollars and asked about payment options. (We said we did not have the full amount yesterday, but could pay the remaining balance tomorrow.)

This was an extremely disappointing experience considering their large amount of positive Google reviews. We will not be using them due to their complete lack of professionalism and timeliness.

Kevin is an outstanding electrician! He repaired faulty electric outlets in my huge kitchen. His next visit was to install G10 bulbs in the kitchen. He texted before arrival, showed up on time and was on point with great customer service skills. I will recommend him to friends and family!

After the install, a gfci switch tripped and he stayed the entire time to figure out this switch which was installed deep inside the basement. Kevin was reliable as he stayed throughout the entire search and figured out the faulty one and repaired it.
