Very smooth transaction. I scheduled and paid online, unit arrived on time and the driver was very courteous.

I chose BTDT because they offered a competitive price, have the driveway protection, and have dumpsters with double doors for easy entry. I was very impressed that they were able to deliver a dumpster same day as my initial call and pick up the next day. The scheduler I called was very polite and helpful. The driver called before arriving both times. This experience was very easy and convenient.

I've used BTDT twice and have always received exceptional service, both on the phone and at delivery/pick-up. They protect your driveway by placing the dumpster on wood skids. I've seen no other company do this respectful measure. Five Stars!

Great price, dumpster was in great shape. Clear communication about cost, delivery and pick up. No surprise fees. No damage to our driveway. They picked up at 0600 and did not disturb us inside. Would absolutely recommend and will use again. Cherokee County dump is expensive and a nightmare, I am glad to never go back if we have a big house project!
