We have used BTDT a couple of times now and both times, the service was fantastic, the drivers were very professional and friendly, they always arrived on time, and the size of the dumpsters were perfect for our needs. What a great service for those with residential sized cleanup projects! Totally worth the investment!!

Overall, I selected the service over the cheaper services specifically for the driveway protection. However, what I got was a messed up lawn. Check the screenshots.

They came with two dumpsters, dropped both down with no driveway protection, then picked up the bigger one, moved it to its drop off location, did use driveway protection then, then picked up the little one and left.

The truck removed huge patches of my grass and left my lawn looking like someone did donuts on it. I had the service done in February but waited to post my review because I didn't want any issues after I returned the dumpster. Its been a few months and nothing, so that's why I'm posting now. Just to warn others.

As a service, it wasn't bad though. They dropped of a dumpster, it was big and easily accessible, then they picked it up. Had I known this was what their driveway protection was though, I would have gone with a cheaper company.

The services were on time and information provided made the experience and use of the bin a success. Pricing is fair and customer service were helpful in making changes and getting the most for our money. Thank you!

My experience with Bin there dump that dumpster rental was awesome ❗️ I was able to have the dumpster delivered and moved to the proper place. They gave me a great deal , on my 10 ft dumpster ❗️
I was able to clean my flooded garage after my water heater broke.

The cool thing is, they gave me the option to keep the dumpster another week if I wanted to for way less than half of the original price ❗️🤷🏽‍♀️🙌🏽 These guys are the real deal , And I would give them 10 stars if I could, and I will definitely use their service again 👍🏽

This company is very easy to work with. All my expectations were met or exceeded. The expectations and limitations werw thoroughly explained in the contract. The delivery and pick up drivers were very nice and able to drop off and remove the dumpster with minimal effort, despite where had to be placed for service. I WILL use them again in the future if I need to. "Bin There Dump That" are my go-to provider for this service.

Needed to break down an old vocal booth and discard some random stuff around the house. Needed a bin that could handle a lot of weight. Reached out to BTDT, and they really came through. Rented a 20-yard unit, which was just perfect for the job. Was given the bin for a full week too, which was great. Staff was friendly, delivery/pickup was a breeze, and terms of use were clear and easy to understand. Even put boards underneath to protect my driveway. Would definitely work with this company again.

I will not use this company ever again. Poor customer service. Will not return phone calls. They cut my tree and caused a major crack in the roof and ceiling. Water is leaking through the ceiling. I have called and sent pictures and he refuses to call me back. Now I'm having to pursue legal action. Please don't use this company, the worst experience I have had.

I had A&G Tree Service remove a massive dead pine tree—easily six stories tall—and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. This was a complex and potentially dangerous job, but their team handled it with incredible precision, skill, and accuracy from start to finish.
