Called for a estimate no return call in a week and they are not just the only lawn care service that has done this ther two more that did the same. Don't know what the issue is because I've never had lawn care before.

First time caller looking for estimate on landscape work. Lady answered phone took part of my address. Assumed I lived in Stone Mountain and then abruptly said Oh we only take projects of $5,000 or more. I then asked what residential customer has $5,000 of landscaping to do and since they are advertising in Up Close they should state that in the advertisement. Bizarre. Won’t use. Wouldn’t recommend.

I called Neighborhood lawn care and was given an appointment for a consultation to fix up my yard. About 1 week prior to the appointment I was told my project is not big enough for them to take on and they have to cancel my appointment. Why give me an appointment in the first place if you only accept big jobs? Funny thing is they didn’t even come out to see my yard.

Chris did a great job for us. We needed our irrigation system fixed and they did it quickly and for a fair price. We will certainly use them again for future projects.

One time in 4 years they don't show up and we call to report and they say we are lying and proceed to send us GPS they shows them at neighborhoods house. Awful customer service. Canceled service. Do not waste your time with these people.

NLC just finished our patio/paver project along with a custom perogla. We are amazed at the results which exceeded our dreams for this space. The stone-work was extraordinary and carefully crafted. Special shout-out to Chris, the owner who oversaw this 12.5 day project. He was very accessible and responsive to a myriad of questions and a mid-steam change.
