He arrives on time and handles everything professionally. They keep my lawn looking nice. I may possibly add flowers for next year. I use LawnStarter for it's lawn services and have never had any complaints. My lawn pro, Tyrone, has always been on time and has always done a wonderful job keeping my lawn to standard. I also was able to have them remove a dead tree in my front yard at an unbeatable price and they did it very well and very quick. I would definitely recommend their services!

Timely, neat, professional and all around great guys. Took out a peach tree and branches from another tree that were creating tension between me and my neighbor. Highly recommend them!

They installed sod in my yard and did a great job. The yard looks great! Thank you!

Lazy crew. They blow dirt and leaves into the street without cleaning it up. They are in an out in 15 minutes without any care for their customers (or the neighboring properties). This company is trying to make a quick, easy buck. What a nuisance!

My neighbors unfortunately uses them.
They blew red dirty all over our vehicles. When confronted they tried to leave. He smirked at us, as we complained about the mess that was made to our vehicles. They saw 3 vehicles in the yard and decided to blow a patch off dirt. We would have moved the cars, if we knew they going to blow the dirt patch. Bad service all around.

Unfortunately, the person that answers the phone is condescending and lacks customer service skills. Also, inform the potential customer about your limited service area FIRST, it saves everyone time.

I ordered $400 in pinestraw with a delivery for this Saturday, and spent the day prepping the area + waiting around for a delivery never came.

I called asking where it was, and they left me a message that said they didn’t have an order for me today…. despite that I have an email thread with a payment receipt which suggest that I was getting a delivery today.

What a waste of my time. Now I get to go hunt down why I didn’t get my delivery as i was told i should call back Monday to see what happened.

Literally the response is that i need to go figure out what happened to my money that you took?

I am sick of companies displacing failure on to customers.

I’m going to get this pinestraw eventually and you earned this 1 star review.

Wonderful company to work with. They were very patient with the design process and did both landscaping and hardscaping for us. Chris was available all throughout the process to answer our many questions. The crew showed up on time every day and cleaned up after themselves. Overall very happy with the project!
