Diamond Heating & Air is a lifesaver! When my AC went out on a scorching day, they were at my house within an hour. Their technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue quickly. I couldn't be happier with their fast and efficient service!

They had serviced multiple HVAC units for me since last year. They just checked one of my HVAC that doesn't turn on after a period when it gets to below 30's. Great team, they are very professional, straight forward, and get your system running. I recommend contact them as they usually show up within 24-36 hours of calling.

*BUYER BEWARE*

I just paid $400 for a cleaning and freon for a 3yr old ac. They give a reasonable quote over the phone to “service” the unit, but thats just a foot in the door. that fee is then added to the cleaning AND only after the cleaning can they let you know if freon is needed. After speaking with other hvac technicians i realized this place was deceptive and over charged me for the freon and the service. “A common bait and switch upsell tactic hvac techs use.”
If they say you need anything, make them prove it first. Get them to write a detailed invoice of work needed. This place didn’t even provide a detailed receipt. And since you’re telling me that its common for customers to need 2lbs of freon-based on my research that’s a problem itself. Feels like a scam. My first time, so my mistake. But honestly i don’t know how you sleep at night.

And hopefully this review can caution others.

Breon came out did some good work, when I scheduled the appointment it was super easy and I didn't have to wait more than a day.

Diamond Heating & Air made a tough situation much easier to navigate. After more than a week without AC, they worked hard to fit me in and completed the repair same day—despite recent weather delays and a packed schedule.

The technician walked me through the diagnosis and pricing clearly, and when I countered the original $745 quote with a $600 offer, he didn’t dismiss me—instead, he ran it by his boss and came back with a fair compromise. They also waived the service fee and accepted Cash App, helping me avoid a credit card processing charge.

The parts installed were SF-branded (see image). While these are generic, the technician explained they were UL-listed and came with a 30-day guarantee, with potential extended support if needed. I appreciated the explanation, though I do wish the warranty details had been provided in writing.

Would recommend to others who value communication, flexibility, and same-day service. Solid experience overall.

The best HVAC company out there, I had my HVAC system repaired by a lot of different companies but it still wasn't working properly.

Then I came around Donald and he was absolutely amazing when it comes to quality of service. The cost was reasonable and the results were outstanding. I feel like I have a new HVAC system in my house now.
