Perez was extremely professional, cost efficient, and knowledgable. I placed an emergency service call Saturday January 24, 2026. I didn't think anyone from the team would respond given the inclement weather, but within 3 hours he was at my home and repaired my unit. I was back up and running in no time! Thank you, Perez! From start to finish I was handled with respect and properly informed. My furnace did not turn on when he arrived, my ac was no longer working; and ALL things were working before he left! This is the second time I've used this company. Perez does amazing work! My furnace breaking down right before these extremely cold temperatures was a nightmare. He came to the rescue yet again and did a furnace replacement this time at my home. I am ecstatic to have heat again. He was very kind, helpful, and even checked the next day to see how things were working. Additionally, he provided solutions to issues with my cold bedroom I have been dealing with for years. PM Service Company was recommended to me for HVAC replacement. I had Perez come out to give me an estimate for replacing both of our HVAC units. He got back to me within 24 hours of the visit. I talked with him a few times on the phone to go over the different options and he was very helpful in explaining it to me as it was my first time doing a replacement.

We set a date and he came out with an employee and they replaced both of our units in the same day with no issues. We had ordered our thermostats but they didn't come in on time. He came back out to help replace them as well.
