I have been using them for years. I watched Breon grow up. He provides outstanding service and is quite the professional. I have them come in twice a year for maintenance services and call them whenever i need work. Great company and great employees. Highly recommend without any reservations.

I can't say anything bad about my experience with this place! I Just bought a house and my AC was not getting any cool air so I decided to call these guys and they tried to help me even before they came to visit they knew my situation and didn't have an available appointment so they walked me through steps to help me get some kind of cool air until they could make it then when they finally came they were EXTREMELY professional, very knowledgeable about everything, on time and just all around great people! They fixed my issues in no time and there prices were very affordable! I would recommend them to the world! Hands down probably the greatest ac company in Georgia!

Our HVAC system was in dire need of a tune up. We found Diamond Heating & Air Conditioning via Google and decided to do business with them because of the stellar reviews. We were impressed with the services we received from Breon. (Thank you very much!!) Professional & friendly from start to finish; as well as engaging conversations. AMAZING! Such great technicians! It was 80 degrees inside my house for weeks in the middle of summer. I received a quote from Peachtree that my unit was going to be at least 3k to repair and 20k to replace, and of course it needed to be done ASAP. Not true! Diamond got my AC up and running and said that I had maybe even a couple of years to replace it. I was literally sitting in my house and it started to cool normally and they weren't even done working on it. Their replacement was also about 6k. Honest, reliable and practical service.

5 Star's *****Diamond Heating & Air Conditioning did a phenomenal job on Installing 2 New AC Units and New Furnace at my home I was in a 94° degrees house for about a week. I placed a call to Diamond Heating & Air Conditioning. Their price beat all the other estimates I got, they arrived on time, and they finished the job promptly. The guys were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable and was wearing Covid-19 mask & gloves. I highly recommend them and will definitely be a return customer. Thanks

Horrible professionalism and customer service. Had an appointment confirmed. Did not show. Claiming an address was needed. provided an address. Still did not attend. Had to call them to confirm whether appointment was still on 2 hours after confirmed appointment. Noted did not have an address. Do not recommend for service.

Found them on Google and took a chance. I’m glad I did! Our AC went out unexpectedly & they were very quick with getting it replaced! They were affordable & thorough. The tech showed me exactly what was wrong & was able to install a new unit in the next two days. Great customer service as well! I would definitely recommend!

Updated review: I feel like the company is a scam. I didn’t receive the equipment that I was quoted and when I asked the owner stated he gave me better equipment that would last longer. I asked and stated multiple times for my thermostats to work on each floor of my house but I have 1 thermostat that controls 2 floors then another that controls 1. That’s not what I asked for. When the technician came back to fix it he said it was fixed but here I am with the same issue. It’s more problems not to mention I had to call them back out to get the trash from the new equipment they left. The owner had the nerve to say you can’t help ‘our people’ now days.

Mr Donald picked up the phone quickly and sent out a tech (Breon), who was very professional and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done on my system. He did not have any issue running and checking the thermostats on all 3 floors as other companies have had. It only took 3 hours to install which included going to get the part. Im so happy that after 3 years i can finally switch over my own heat and air without calling a tech or company out each time. I am over the moon pleased!

Diamond Heating And Air just completed a repair on my cooling system and it works fantastic. The service call time was was punctual and Mr. Colbert kept me updated with his findings. I've used them for years on my rental property and this was a first at my primary residence. I highly recommend there services if you need to have your unit repaired or serviced.

My air conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year. I called Diamond Heating and Air and the guy said they'll be there within 24 hours. They were on time and very friendly. Now my air is back running and my family is very happy. Thanks guys.

I really debated writing this review, but something has to give as I"m hearing similar stories of people being overcharged.

To start I really appreciated the prompt response, professionalism, and customer service leading up to and during the appointment set up. I would give 5 stars for the customer service if I could. As a small business owner myself, I value customer service first and foremost.

However I'm giving two stars because after having the techs go into my attic once, checking the pressure on the outside unit, and cleaning off the coils outside, I was informed that my evaporator coil in the attic had gone out, and needed to be replaced for $2800. I was told the coil wasn't leaking freon, but just needed to be replaced. I had the option to just get the coil replaced for $2800 or the coil and the unit for $5900.

Thankfully, I got a second opinion, and it ended up paying $250 to replace the contactor and capacitor piece on the back of the outside unit and my house is cool again with no issues. I was also told that evaporator coil doesn't need to be replaced unless its leaking freon (two hvac sources confirmed this), and the Diamond HVAC techs the previous day said the system was not leaking freon.

So I'm a little confused and disappointed trying to figure out if I was going to be charged to replaced something that wasn't broke, and then pay again to have them come back to fix the actual issue, or were they going to charge me $2800 to fix the actual problem for two small parts that cost less than $100?

It would have been great for them to check the system in full and figure out exactly what was going on. The tech I called for a second opinion, knew immediately what was going on within 5 minutes so I'm not sure why the Diamond HVAC couldn't figure this out?

Hopefully others continue to have a great experience with this company but I was definitely disappointed with being overcharged for an issue that wasn't the problem.

I was immediately impressed with his quick response to all my inquiries. My Hvac system was causing me issues and I needed help as soon as possible.He arrived to our scheduled appointment on-time and ready to work. He was very professional, polite, and extremely patient with answering all my questions. Being a woman , sometimes men talk over us but he was talking to me. He made sure I knew exactly what his was doing and how it would improve my systems output. He even set-up a follow up appointment , to insure my system continues to function at its full capacity. I purchased a new AC unit from Diamond Heating and Air 2 years ago. They offered courteous, professional service then and the same today when they returned to service the unit. Breon made sure to communicate his ETA prior to arriving. Service was prompt upon arrival and he explained the repair thoroughly. I would definitely recommend.
