Georgia in the summer is brutal. Unfortunately my system went on the blink and I needed help. It was registering 91° upstairs in my home. I called PM Dervice from a list that I received from my warranty company since I am new to the area. He came out the same day but by the time he got here, my air had start back working. He didn't charge. Two days later the same thing happened and again he got here and the system.was working. I ended up getting my 3 systems serviced and changed my thermostat. About 2 days later....it finally went out and started blowing hot air. When he came this time, on a Saturday, the system was still acting up. He immediately found and fixed the issue. No extra charge Very affordable. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using for regular maintenance from here on out..
