Ragsdale H & A did a great job. They were very thorough and very professional. The associate even put on bottles when he came in the house. I will definitely call them again!

So I wanted to get a quote to replace a hot water heater and possible replacement of a PRV. the technician gave me a quote of 3300 dollars. That’s way too freaking much. The valve would be less then a hour fix and the water heater maybe around 2 hours to do. I would have gladly gave you the work today but not at them rates in today’s economy. Someone who doesn’t know any better would pay and you are taking advantage of them. I have been well pleased with my heat pump and the service I have gotten but other then that you won’t ever get my business.

The techs are always professional and knowledgeable. Customer service folks are always friendly and helpful. I have been with them for several years and will not go anywhere else. My service today was free thanks to buying a new system 1 year ago. There wasn't anything wrong with the unit. The drain was just clogged. Same day service. Thank you Ragsdale.

Extremely satisfied. Same day service for a unit that needed repair. The office staff (Cindy & Nicole) were very pleasant and professional and delight to speak with on the phone. My tech (Blake) was equally impressive and thorough with his diagnosis and work performance. I liked the fact that Blake was eager to get my system up and running to my satisfaction. The overall experience was first class and I highly recommend.

I contacted Ragsdale for a toilet repair. Everyone from the initial call for an appointment (Gina) to the completed job with the plumber (Michael) was very courteous and professional. Once the problem was identified, which turned out to be a broken sump pump, Michael explained what was needed to repair the sump pump and toilet, cost of the repair and approximate time it would take to complete the job. Once the job was completed, the area was left clean and old equipment was removed.
I am pleased with the service provided and would definitely use them for any future plumbing repairs as well as recommend Ragsdale for plumbing needs.

I would highly recommend Ragsdale Heating Air Plumbing & Electrical. I called in on a Monday morning about a stopped up shower drain I was given an appointment the same day, I was notified of who the technician was and when the was on the way, Jacob was his name he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He took care of the problem very quickly. They are very affordable. If you have any heating / air , plumbing, or electrical give them a call they will take care of the problem for you.

Benson was the service tech who did our run up and Inspection. He answered all our questions, was polite and professional. Benson listened to our concerns answered what he could and reached out to the appropriate departments for answers he did not have. We are looking into using ragsdale for some future updates to our system

I’ve been using Ragsdale for yearly maintenance and have been happy with their work. Our hvac system was a little over 13 years old and was having issues with leaks and cooling too much in some areas, not enough in others. They replaced both old trane systems with newer Carrier systems. Everything went very smooth and from contract sign to done was about 24 hours. The salesman and the replacement crew were very professional. They were very careful with the interior of the house, keeping it clean and they cleaned up everything afterwards and gave a demo of the system. Very pleased and system is performing as advertised.

Called to make an appointment to have some HVAC work done. After scheduling the appointment I received a return call saying they had a tech in the area finishing a service call and he could come out that day if it was possible. I said yes and they sent me the name and picture of the tech coming to the house which I forwarded on to my wife because I was at work. It made her feel more comfortable knowing who was coming to the house. Once William showed up he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the main problem. There was another item I had William take a look at while he was there and he said it would be an easy job but unfortunately did not have the materials on the truck and that he would be back on Monday to finish up the other item once he had the items needed for the job. He was very professional and friendly.

A few weeks ago, William M. came to my house and was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly. I wasn’t able to walk him out, so he made sure to lock the door on his way out, which I really appreciated. He was great. I highly recommend!

We have had other companies work in our home, however, the work was inadequate and Ragsdale was called to make repairs and then replacement of a water heater.

We felt safe and secure with their service. Going forward we have had a major home renovation including installation of a new electric panel, rewiring in our home, lighting replacement, smoke and co2 installation. Plumbing upgrades include replacement of shower/bathtub, toilets, vanity, and kitchen appliances.

We are comforted knowing our home repairs were performed with excellence by this outstanding company. We have complete trust in the work performed by Ragsdale.
