We could not be more pleased with Alliance Plumbing. It’s been really hard finding a good plumbing company in our area. So glad we found Alliance. Our water heater suddenly stopped heating. We had to order a couple parts from the manufacturer. After receiving the parts 2 business days later we reached out to Alliance on Wednesday to have them replaced. They sent Micheal out the same day and we had hot water in less than an hour. Micheal was knowledgeable, very professional and the price was also very reasonable. I can't recommend Alliance Plumbing and Dmitriy's team enough. I’ve used them before for a basement leak, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Recently, I noticed my water bill was higher than usual, and the water company identified a slow leak, however there were no visible signs around the house. I contacted Dmitriy, who quickly sent Nick & Alex to pinpoint the source. They found the issue was with our toilets. Dmitriy went above and beyond by recommending two different types of toilets for us to purchase, as the areas they were being installed in required specific models. He then arranged for Michael & Alex to install them the very same afternoon. The entire team was professional, and when they finished, there was no trace they had even been here. I always turn to Alliance Plumbing for my plumbing needs—they are trustworthy, reliable, and always deliver excellent service.
We discovered water coming through our basement wall near the entry of the main water line. I knew we needed to find a skilled plumber to fix this issue because it was so close to the main water line. I called Alliance and Dimitry answered immediately and scheduled us for next-day service. Alex and Daniel arrived on time and began to diagnose the problem. They took the time to explain the issue, which turned out to be a leak in the main water line outside of the exterior basement wall. As a homeowner, this made me nervous because I knew this would involve some major work. Alex and Daniel did an excellent job of explaining what they needed to do and were very transparent and up-front about the repair cost, which was reasonable. They went to work and fixed the exterior water line. In summary, this required a huge amount of work from the guys, and they got it all done within in a couple of hours. I was impressed with how quickly they excavated and found the water line, and showed me exactly where it was leaking. Finally, they replaced our ancient pressure valve inside and left us with brand new shiny pipes. Overall they made what could have been a stressful home service repair into a good one. I recommend them overall for three reasons. First, the prompt scheduling we received, second the skill and workmanship of the techs, and finally the reasonable prices they quoted us.
Alliance plumbing response was very fast . Micheal and the other guy were very helpful and they finished the job very neat. Dimitry the owner was very responsive. I will definitely recommend this company for any plumbing repairs. Price is also very reasonable.
I would provide more stars if I could. I have used Alliance now on 3 separate occasions and they are phenomenal. Great customer service, on time and quality work is done. They don’t upsell you on anything and inform you if they find something that might need to be addressed and/or doesn’t because it is in good shape and puts your mind at ease. I will continue to use them whenever I have any needs in my home. My last experience they got the job done on the same day I called. Use Alliance you will not be disappointed.
These are honest, reliable, and professional plumbers. They installed a tankless water heater and two cartridges for us. They showed up on time, were friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. I’ve had mixed (at best) experiences with the big national or regional businesses; they were always upcharging me, or trying to sell me something, and they rarely stuck to the schedule. Alliance is different; it was a great experience. I recommend them highly.
