I hired Salas to removed my down trees one which landed on my daughter in-laws house. after the epic ice storm in February as they were in the area. I flew in from CA to help her with this as it was an emergency I delt with Ray in good faith I paid him in full after they completed 80% of the work as I needed to return home as he assured me they would complete this work . It is now May and
Salas / Ray has still not completed this work even after scheduling a day two weeks ago and never showing up. Now they will not return or answer my phone calls or Ray will no longer respond to my text. This is criminal that this company would take advantage
of this young woman school teacher who house was among with many others during this national emergency and has to already has to pay to repair all the damages from this tree falling on her house. That this company will not at the very least honor and complete the work that they were paid CASH for in full in good faith. I would never use this company for services again and as far as Ray sir you are not a honest man of your word shame on you.

I highly recommend Salas Tree Service. Mr Salas returned my call and came out the same day to give me an estimate. The crew came to my home, trimmed the overgrown trees in our yard and outside our back wall, they even pulled up a couple of scrubs that was a last minute request. The crew was professional, punctual, and highly skilled, they even made sure my hummingbirds nest was not disturbed. They were fast, efficient, and left the yard absolutely beautiful. What I thought would take a few days, they completed in one! I did not have to pay utill they were finished. I will definitely use them again.

The Middle Tennessee ice storm in Feb 2026 caused one of our very old trees to tilt 30 degrees. We knew a good wind or heavy rains would probably make it fall over so we decided to take it down. We called Salas tree service for an estimate to take the tree down, remove the wood and grind the stump in the yard. We felt the price was close to what we expected given the size of the tree. I was in contact with Ray regarding the tree removal and he explained everything in detail. Given the amount of wood debris around the wood could not be removed right away but they did remove it a few days after the tree was removed. I would highly recommend this company if you need trimming or tree removal. They used a boom truck to cut the tree down.

Salas Tree Service just removed a huge pine tree from my property and did an amazing job. They came early, were extremely professional, had all the tools needed and got the job done quickly. They have also pruned back our Oak tree. All of this for quite a reasonable price. Oh and they cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again and I will recommend them to friends. Some of the nicest people ever!!!

Absolutely blown away by the quality and value this team delivered! They took down a massive tree in my grandmother's yard and their quote came in 60% lower than the previous estimate we received. The price was incredible, but the work was even better. They were careful with their equipment and didn't tear up the yard at all. Honestly, if it weren't for the tree being gone, you'd never know they had been there. I can't recommend them enough to anyone needing tree work. 10 out of 10!
