Very disappointed .... after relying upon Bartlett's for over 10 years , I discovered they do not honor their work . I asked for a health evaluation of two oaks and not only did not get an evaluation , but got a snarky . lecturing email from some middle manager saying both yes and no in the same sentence .... so sad to be treated this way after so many years of trusting this company ... inexcusable , really

I was contacted by the company promptly after submitting an inquiry on their website and met with the arborist on 6/1. I signed off on the proposal on 6/2 and was told I would be contacted for scheduling. Two weeks passed, and I reached out, as I never heard about being scheduled for service. I was told someone would be out that next day, but due to inclement weather was emailed that morning and told they would have to reschedule. This was on 6/21, and I still have not heard from them. Unfortunately, going forward, I will seek another company as I do not need to chase anyone for their business.
