KD Pro Handyman came to my home and did an excellent job on several projects. They installed a faucet, leveled a door, repaired exterior dry rot, and fixed my back porch door. They also replaced a light fixture and installed a ceiling fan inside the house.

Every price was fair, the work was high quality, and they stayed within my budget. Most importantly they arrived on time and were professional from start to finish.

The job was a commercial renovation for a small not for profit arts organization, The Metal
Arts Guild of Georgia. From start to
completion, Davey was clear in his communication, knowledgable in the scope of work we needed done and kind and compassionate in understanding our organizational processes and operations. This allowed the remodel of a former auto repair shop into a functioning commercial studio for jewelry making classes and workshops to be held 7days/week.

In addition to Davey’s understanding of our operations, he was ALWAYS punctual in our preliminary meetings and his team was where they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be there. The security of our building was respected and Davey and his team made sure this was attended to daily.

Permitting was at times stressful for the organization (as it can be for everyone,) as we were working with a city with whom we were not familiar. Davey assisted greatly in orienting us to the overall permitting processes, and troubleshooting where needed until our permits as well as certificate of occupancy was obtained. Davey was sensitive and realistic about the details outside of his control and focused on solution driven strategies to help us achieve our goals and timeframe, even when we were stressed.

The plumbing, bathroom construction, sheet rock, electrical, joining of two buildings into one, and trim work were definitely handled to our satisfaction and we would not hesitate to work with this company moving forward.

First time using KD Pro. They were very easy to work with and good communication. Responded very quickly, and got everything in writing. My technician Paolo did a great job getting projects done and cleaning up when finished. Will most likely use them again.

Davey and his team did an outstanding job completely renovating my 1930's bathroom. They removed the tub, tiles, floor, vanity and replaced with a beautifully tiled shower and floor. They were so respectful of my house while working in it. Davey did an amazing job of communicating with me throughout the project, setting my expectations for each day and checking in to be sure they were met/exceeded. I have worked with KD Pro Handyman on 5 different projects now and all of them have turned out amazing. KD partially renovated our primary bathroom, which is so small that I affectionately refer to it as an airplane bathroom, and which still had tile flooring, walls and shower tiles from 1961 that had been (at some time before we owned it) glazed over so the aqua original color was white and gray. The glaze was deteriorating such that yucky stuff (maybe mildew) was stuck under it and couldn’t be cleaned. The walk-in shower was overly wide and occupied too much space for such a tiny bathroom. I should have hired KD to replace the shower and complete
the renovation of the rest of the bathroom, but I had foolishly engaged an overpriced “bath” company, which only replaced the shower with a new narrower shower but left the rest of the bathroom mostly intact. So, KD stepped in immediately after the other vendor completed the shower to complete the rest of the bathroom. KD’s work included removal of all remaining wall tile, installation and painting of drywall, moving the toilet plumbing to accommodate the new bathroom layout, adding electrical outlets and hot water lines to for the fancy new toilet/bidet combo, installing the new toilet and a large, mirrored and lighted recessed in-wall cabinet over the new vanity, installed luxury vinyl plank flooring over the existing tile flooring. Throughout the project, the team was prompt, diligent, courteous, thorough, detail-oriented and eager to satisfy. When they left each day, they left the work areas clean and neat. The general contractor, Davey Irazarry, was very patient with my neurotic questions, and always polite, attentive and prompt. He focuses on client satisfaction. I highly recommend this company, but please leave them some time for me. 🤣

I highly recommend KD Pro Handyman for any handyman needs. They replaced our old built-in microwave, and I was impressed that they were able to use my existing trim kit for a perfect fit. Paulo was very knowledgeable and took time to ensure everything was level and secure. Professional service and fair pricing -- I'll definitely be calling them again for future projects!

I have used KD Handyman Pro numerous times over the past couple of years and recently hired them again for a large product that included work on the crawlspace, several inside tasks, and a large-totally replacing my fence gate.
