We have been with Northwest since we bought our home in 2015 and they have been a reliable partner. When issues arise, they resolve them quickly and professionally. Highly recommend them.

I've been using Northwest Exterminating (Tucker) now for a couple years. I'd previously used other, more traditional pest control services but was always encountering unwanted pests in the house. I learned about Northwest from a trusted friend and decided to give them a try. I was immediately convinced of the effectiveness of the product and I've not had any bad experience since.

We have been working with Logan for the past year and are so pleased with how responsive and helpful he has been. Overall the customer service at Northwest is impeccable.

I have been a customer of NW for many years. They’ve provided me pest control and did an exclusion for rats a few years back. I have noticed a constant increase in pest control pricing but I’m having more bugs. I also have been having rat issues under my back deck continually since the exclusion. They’ve rectified the issue and I’ve kept up my warranty even if it goes a bit past the date. This year my warranty was due in December. I dropped the ball because obviously it was during christmas and it slipped my mind. I called them 6 weeks past the date and they said they’d come out and as long as the exclusion things they’d done plus it being the same issue as it has always been that they’d let me pay the warranty price and fix the issue. When the guy came out he told me that the exact opposite. That it’ll cost me a pretty penny to continue the work since I’d let it go past 6 weeks. He recommended I email Ashley Wright and tell her the situation and she could help me. I emailed her multiple times and the only reply I’ve gotten after weeks of waiting was to let her know a good time to come, which I immediately did. I’ve yet to hear from her again and that’s been weeks ago. I’m going to begin a search this week for a new company as this one has obviously changed its way of being about the customer as it seemed to be for so long.

Northwest Exterminating has been providing services to us for almost 20 years now! They had a contract with our landlords when we were renters, and when we bought our own house, they were one of the first providers that we called to set up a working relationship. They are always prompt, friendly, and professional. They run a very tight ship, always make sure to reach out before it's time for the next service, and then show up when they say they are going to. Our technician for regular services is Logan, and he's excellent (he's been our tech for almost 9 years now...that alone says a lot about a company's quality)! If you're looking for an exterminator, look no further!

Northwest Exterminating is a great company. I recommend their services. Their customer Service is the best. My service provider is very consistent and friendly. No bugs. Yay!

This is going to be a different review no one likes to say they have a problem with furry animals. Just like most homeowners we discovered we had unwelcomed guests that decided to bypass the front door, and enter in through other avenues.

There have been allot of sleepless nights, pacing the floor and discovering our worst nightmare, and wanting the problem solved ASAP, rushing to Home Depot was a short-term option for a long-term problem so we decided we needed the professionals Calling Northwest exterminator in Tucker, GA was by far the best call we made this year!

Meeting our tech Danny was a true relief. Danny was professional and knowledgeable and had such a confident demeanor that he was going to fix the problem, and I must admit he did that day after meeting Danny I really felt for the first time in while I would get a good night’s rest! And I did.

Leon is amazing! He has taken the time to get to know our family and what we need. He is so great and respectful of our home, dogs and our crazy work schedules. Oh…. We also appreciate all the other services, including the pest control, but overall the customer service is what keeps us coming back.

Taji was extremely polite to my mother and appeared to be very thorough in his work. It was like night and day after the initial service. The wasps, carpenter bees, and mosquitoes were no longer present when I landscaped today. The technician also removed the spider webs in front of my perimeter cameras. Spiders seem to be gone too. My mom asked that Taji Jackson be our preferred technician. Thanks for the great service.

Beware. Northwest Exterminating sent an inspector for an inspection on a house for sale. The inspector stated an infestation and recommended a dehumidifier. He did not include a written document showing area in question. Inspector caught on camera visually inspecting areas from far away so impossible to know theres an infestation. This practice is unprofessional and give this industry a tainted reputation. Don't trust Northwest. Not recommended. Find another.

The staff were friendly and reliable, there technicians went the extra mile and were on time and helpful.

Rod conducted a thorough inspection of my home and was both professional and personable. He made suggestions for where I could trim back some of my trees to keep bugs from coming in and took care of both the inside and outside of my home.

De Andre again did a great job in servicing our home last week.

My technician is fantastic. He takes care of all my insect problems with knowledge, helpfulness and willingness to do what needs to be done. fully. No shortcuts, no half done. I just bought my house recently, and apparently, it had this service under the previous owners name. At first, they tried to send me a bill (without an item line) to continue services without even consulting me first and since I found that rude, I decided to cancel their services through phone call. I had scheduled an appointment for them to come out this Friday so I can be home when they come retrieve their items, but they decided to come today, Tuesday, without notification and were all around my yard without my permission or knowledge. I had to find out from my cameras that I had 2 people from this business in my front and backyard. They never even told me what their "stuff" was that they were taking.

This is very unprofessional and adds to the reason why I will not being using their services.

My home was serviced on Monday 10/2/2023. I have clear video of the technician breaking a light along my driveway. He clearly turned too wide, and I don't understand why this happened. You can hear the loud crunch of glass breaking, and this individual just went on with his day. I called and reported this issue, and emailed the video to a Caroline Ross. I have yet to receive a call back, and have reached out multiple times since. The fact that I'm being forced to wait on my property being damaged by their employee is ridiculous. I will be taking this further.
