We highly recommend Northwest Exterminating! Over the past 7 years we've appreciated being able to call the office and speak to "real" people who are always friendly and helpful. We've also enjoyed "long-term" relationships with some of the technicians who have been informative and knowledgeable . . . and have done a great job of "keeping the pests away". Northwest Exterminating combines "Southern hospitality" with professionalism and expertise!

Rich always takes great care of us! He is fast and friendly. He also puts up with our crazy dogs when he comes to do an inside service. He is respectful of our space and does a great job!

We LOVE NorrthWest Exterminators! They are always professional and friendly. And most important they keep the big brown freaky bugs out of my house!

I had them do some pest control in my house a coupla years ago, so I thought of them when we had a HUGE baldface hornet nest in our dogwood right in front of the house.

I called and was still in their system! The nice lady on the phone got all the info and quoted me a price. This is an unexpected expense, so I asked if they'd work with me - AND they did! SO NICE.

They sent out the inspector (Danny) who agreed with the price and then a couple of hours later, the techs (Orion and Christine) arrived and took care of business. They were awesome! AND BRAVE!

All in all, a great experience. I'd really like it if they would use flamethrowers, tho. ;)

Davey, Israel and the rest of his crew are amazing. We were in need of a small job, which later became a little bigger, and K&D adjusted thier schedule to insure they get everything accomplished. We will use them again and highly recommend them.

Dave and his crew did a fine and fast job of repairing some old termite and water damage on the exterior of our storage area in our home. Arrived when he said he would and completed it in the amount of time that he suggested. While his crew was working, he remained in contact. Working on an older home that’s already had some repair work done always leaves The possibility of imperfections. when they were finished, Dave contacted me and asked if I was completely satisfied. I did have one small issue that I thought could be improved. And dave and his crew took care of it ASAP. That’s the difference. Problems and issues always come up in every business, but it’s how the business handles those issues that makes the outcome of that transaction agreeable to all

We had a small job at the office and Davey came out and took care of it. KD's price was better than other companies we called and he didn't try to upsell us on something we didn't need. We'll definitely use them again.

I used Davey to install TVs and bathroom hardware. He was professional, helpful, on time, detail-oriented, and ensured that he measured correctly and everything was level, which I appreciated after a bad experience with someone else. Would recommend and will use him in the future.

We like EVERYTHING about KD Professional Handyman Services! The communication we had, even before we got started, was fantastic. Davey is so professional, good-natured, knowledgeable and dedicated! We had some great conversations too, and he made friends with our dog too. The repair on the wall is really excellent, we are relieved that it is repaired so well. Clearly, we have found someone we can depend on to do a great job! No more searching. Additionally, Davey just completed adding a privacy extension on our deck, which came out fantastic. We’ve worked with both of Davey’s companies Brightstone Remodeling & Design and KD Professional Handyman Services and honestly, it’s been a great experience from start to finish. Brightstone did an amazing job on our home remodel the quality, the attention to detail, the design everything came together beautifully. Then, when a few smaller things popped up around the house, KD Handyman came through quickly and took care of it all without a hitch.

I found KD Pro through the Nextdoor app, and I'm so glad I did! This was my first time using their services, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. KD and his crew showed up right on time, which I really appreciated. They did an incredible job repairing a drywall hole in my wall — the patch is seamless, and you’d never know there was any damage there to begin with!
