I highly recommend them to any property management team. They are amazing!

We have been using Dyemasters at all of our rental properties for years. They do a great job! Techs are great, communication with office staff is great!

They are very inconsistent. We contacted Eddie the operations manager on Tuesday and we had a hard time getting a time for him to come to our house. He told me that he was going to come by my house on Saturday between 8 am to 10 am and never showed up. I wouldn't recommend this company. It is a very unprofessional company.

Here is my experience:

I contacted DMG for carpet dye services on some bleach stains.
When I initially called, I was told by the phone representative that they are able to dye bleach stains and will send a technician over.

Before any work was done, a DMG technician assessed the carpet and confirmed that he was able to do it and quoted me a price for the service.
I approved because the carpet was only a year old, great to new condition and only had cosmetic defect from few spattered bleach stains. (See pictures for before and after)

To my understanding, the technician treated the carpet once, but was informed that he tried again the following day, but didn't take.

When the technician checked out with our office, he made a big 'to do' about how difficult the job was but never mentioned that how the carpet had been damaged. He is assumedly an expert in this field.

It was two days after the assessment and treatment that the resident contacted me about the carpet, not the technician or DMG.

I forwarded the pictures to DMG and they sent a different technician
only to confirm there was nothing they could do to fix the carpet. The carpet they damaged.

DMG said to disregard the invoice and that I was not being charged for the service, as if that was ever going to be a conversation given the outcome.

The obvious thing for me to do is replace the carpet. The damage from DMG was much worse than before, more noticeable than the bleach stains and obviously the right thing to do.

When I contacted DMG to discuss this and reimbursing for the carpet, the VP of Operations quoted their warranty and that they are not responsible because the carpet was already damaged from the bleach even after I explained the cosmetic damage was not the cause for replacement. It was because they damaged a carpet. There was no err of wanting to make it right because not only did they make us look bad, they inconvenienced someone's new home.

My take away from this situation is this:

- The technicians multiple failed attempts were not communicated to the office.
- Why didn't the technician try to test a smaller, less conspicuous area?

I never used this company and know that the upside is I will never use them or recommend them. I am appalled with the service I received and will share this experience with anyone.

Best Cleaners ever. We had our carpets cleaned back in November before the holidays and they did not do a fraction of an amazing job as Doug and his crew did. When Doug finished their where no spots no where. The last carpet service told me and my wife that the stains were permanent and we would have to replace the carpet. So we called Dye Masters to get an estimate for pricing to dye.

From the time Doug entered the home, he asked why we wouldn't just clean it as it is a great quality carpet. We told him our story and he immediately assured us that it could be cleaned. My wife and I were flabbergasted as Doug and crew had restored our carpets to what could be compared to as new.

Wouldn't waist time with any other companies...these are our cleaners for life. We immediately scheduled them for the fall cleaning this year.

I had my carpet cleaned and redone by Mr . Eddie my experience with the 1st tech (JB) was not pleasant at all however I was promised that my carpet would be re done and I’m absolutely satisfied, I was told he (Eddie) had great customer service and when I walked in my apartment I was pleased with the work I like people who keep their word and having exceptional service is a big deal to me as I work in customer service as well thank you all again for making it right! The customer service rep I don’t remember her name she was pleasant as well Mrs Bessy I spoke to them both on Wednesday and they were willing to make sure I was satisfied... again Mr . Compress and Team thank you !! My carpet looks wonderful If I didn’t know any better I’d think my carpet was new the job came out outstanding!

Terrell Foster and his sidekick really done a outstanding job although I didn’t have much rug space. Exceptional well done and very professional ! Keep up the good work brother!!!

These men sprayed MMR mold remover on pink fiberglass insulation in my apartment. They claimed it was safe for children to breathe in, and began spraying while my babysitter and the kids were home. They did not open any windows and left the chemicals in my bath tub when they left.

Rico was professional and responsive. Will always do business with dye masters.

Terrible customer service. There was a question about services rendered and pricing. Keith, the owner, was unwilling to listen to my side of the story and accused me of trying to cheat him. He was actually yelling at me on the phone. I have NEVER had such a negative experience when dealing with anyone in any type of professional situation. I do not recommend using his company.

Keith Prather at Repco did 3 things at my house: (1) remove moss from the roof, (2) repair some loose shingles, and (3) clean all windows inside and out. The company was professional from the get-go. Although Keith wasn't out at my house himself (at least not for most of the work), he did keep tabs on the team, e-mailed me progress reports, and checked with me after the work was completed. The team worked very hard, and while it seemed to me they took longer to get the work done than they had planned, they seemed very conscientious to me and didn't try to rush it at the end. The team was polite, informative, and helpful. And they did a great job on all 3 projects. I would rehire Repco for future jobs at my house.

Great experience with Keith Prather and his company, REPCO. I requested online quotes from several different companies and he was the first to respond to my request and survey my property for an estimate. He also had very reasonable prices - on the lower end of the spectrum, but not so low that I was worried they would do a shoddy job. I called him with a small concern after they finished their job and he offered to come back out the next day and fix to 100% satisfaction free of charge.

Keith and his team handled cleaning our outdoor drapes & we were extremely satisfied both with their professionalism in handling the job in a timely manner as well as the quality of the work… Thanks to Repco, The life of our drapes has been extended. Very reasonably priced & they exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Worst cleaning job I have ever had.

Horrible please do not use this company they do not pay the employees they are abusive thieves when the employees charge them threaten to call them the police or immigration

I have been using Omega since 2007 and highly recommend.

Horrible. They stole a pair of my brand new shoes last time and broke the shower. They do a sloppy job and leave a mess behind.

Absolutely horrible. Have used for years but their new crews stink. Waste of $. We had to clean everything they didn't bother to do. Will not return my calls.Run away.

I have used this company for 4 years and most the time they do an excellent job. I have had one or two crews that were not as good but most the time they do a great job, I would recommend them.
