I have used this service for 17 years and they are amazing! Give them a chance! They have had my house keys for the entire time and I trust them implicitly.

My landlord hired them to clean my house after i moved in and despite all of the clutter and mess I had while unpacking, they worked around everything perfectly and took great attention to detail! Definitely reccomend!

Will definetly NEVER recommend this service to anyone. The ladies did not come at the assigned time.....they came early despite making an appointment for a specific time. Wiping of windows is "courtesy", for a deep cleaning.....huh. A total incomplete service and when.you call them, the customer service stinks.....hence would never ever call them. Not worth your money.

Omega and their cleaning team has done an excellent job at my house this morning and they can be praised for their superior cleaning, professionalism and attention to detail.
They have an excellent customer service, I will use them again in a regular basis, thanks!!!!!

1st was awesome. They even dusted my bathroom closet and organized it. Everything was spotless and the ladies were so nice.

2nd visit was a diff crew. Horrible! I had to clean so much after they left. My kitchen countertop was dirty and they didnt move the items to wipe the surface underneath. they sprayed cleaning stuff on my oven and didnt wipe it!

Have used them for years, but no more. One of my diamond earrings is missing. Looks like my dish holding them was knocked over and maybe vacuumed up? Have called and texted , but NO REPLY. Do not recommend

I've booked them a number of times and I've been disappointed a number of time. The last and final time they did not mop and when I asked they said yes but they hadn't so I asked them to mop again. They then half mopped missing rooms in my salon. I've given them more than once to come back and do a better job and they haven't. The service is hit or miss. Won't be using them again.

I recommended Omega to someone. They were leaving the home without making the bed! I’ve used for years and latest crew good. I was always told 2 hrs is the normal time spent at a home but I notice on Omega’s website time spent at a home is 1 , maybe 1 1/2 hour’s is stated.
I no longer recommend Omega and am looking for a new cleaning service.

I love Omega, they are just amazing. The ladies go above and beyond during every single time they come. They have get to know my family and even my pets love them! Their deep cleaning specials are AWESOME!

Do not use. My family has used them for decades, but they have become very flaky. This week they changed my appointment, no showed, rescheduled, and no showed again. Nobody answers the phone or returns voicemails. They return texts if they want to schedule or reschedule, but ignore if you try to reach them.

They are horrible do not use them! They showed up 30 mins late. Didn’t clean the bathtubs or shower. Tried to get soap scum off doors with dry towel and no products. The tubs and toilets were all dirty and the floor. They did nothing. Had to tell them to wipe down steps. They wanted to use water to clean the kitchen floor and nothing else. Awful. Will never use them again!! They used to be good and now are terrible and rushed to get finished. They vacuumed parts of the floor. Then they sent an invoice for the full amount. Unacceptable. Never again

Do not use this company. They’ve only come three or four times, and they did really well, however they contacted me a week ago and asked if I needed my house cleaned. I texted back and said yes and we set up an appointment for yesterday, Monday, April 30 2024 for a window between 12 and 1 o’clock. At 1:15 I begin trying to contact the company with no response to my texts. I waited 40 minutes for a response before texting them several more times. Still no response they have not contacted me to reschedule or even apologize. And now their phones are disconnected.

We have been calling for weeks now and not 1 return phone call!

I reached out to get a quote for service on my pool and I heard back within 2 hrs and I had a quote the next day..very professional!!

Wish I could give a lower score. Poorly run company with terrible customer service. Can't comment more because of ongoing litigation, but find ANYONE else to service your pool.

First time using their service and really impressed with how they kept me updated.
