This was the first time we've paid to have tree work done for our property. Bartlett provided a fair quote, arrived on time and asked us throughout the process on certain key limb/branch trimming options. Their process ensured we were happy with the end result. Tree work was not something we thought would have an big "impact" on the visual appearance of the yard (more so just clean it up), but it absolutely did.

These guys are great - friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They're the kind of company that cares about the health of your trees and will share their knowledge, then carry out healthy pruning that preserves the vitality of the trees. We've used them a couple times now. They clean up everything nicely, and sometimes go above and beyond what you've asked.

Very professional and safe. The crew did exactly what I needed done and was very meticulous so that nothing else was affected. They had to bring down a tree from the top down due to its location at the corner of four properties and it went perfectly. They cleaned up before they left and, other than some sawdust, you couldn’t even tell they had been there.

Nicholas Montalto at Bartlett Tree Experts came to provide a consult on trees that my husband and I were concerned about. He was professional providing expertise and a reasonable quote for the services. When the crew came to do the work, they were thoroughly informed on the scope of the job and such a pleasant group of guys. Not only were they highly respectful to me; they handled a concerned neighbor's inquiry and removed any worries that they had. They left the job site clean. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them for maintenance and health of our trees.

My wife contacted Bartletts to prune a large tree in our front yard, along with two small trees in our side yard. When they arrived, the arborist inspected the tree and informed us that it was in great shape but was starting to show leaf fungus and that the Japanese cherry did better with pruning in the winter months, as well as the maple trees. We had them schedule and spray the tree during the summer months...and could see an immediate difference to the leaves. They also put us on the schedule for January to prune the trees. When they arrived they had a crew that took great care in shaping the trees and returned the next morning to chip the limbs that were removed. Highly professional and knowledgeable team working on the trees. No homeowner should be without an arborist on their side. Your home insurance company appreciates responsible care too. We highly recomment this company and this location! Everyone is extremely responsive.

This was my first time using Bartlett Tree Experts, but definitely not my last! We needed a few tree branches cleared from our house. From beginning to end, we received outstanding service. Customer service on the phone was pleasant, as I didnt feel rushed like other companies. Raul was the aborist that assessed our home. He was great and made suggestions to keep our bill down and protect our home long term. Matt and Oso arrived early and ready to take care of the job! They were great! Matt went over everything they were going to do and made sure we were on the same page before proceeding. They were quick, precise, and cleaned up everything as if they were never there. Very fair price for the stellar work they completed. I will only use Bartlett Tree Experts going forward. And will definitely use them this winter for PROPER pruning of our crape myrtles and cherry tree. Anyone looking for an honest tree trimming/removal company with experience, expertise and fair prices, look no further!

Very professional staff both the office and work crew. The crew was very knowledgeable and skilled. They quickly assessed what they needed to do and very safely completed the work. They were working in tight spaces and brought the tree down right where they wanted it. I would recommend the company to anyone and actually already have.

Dave the arborist was easy to communicate with and helped me get specific with how much trimming I could do and keep our tree healthy. The crew were on time, thorough, and made sure to check in with me throughout the process so I could give input on how much further I wanted them to trim. They followed up with a last look before cleaning up. I appreciated their care in our strange parking situation as well. I felt they did a standup job.

Love this company! I have used them for a variety of jobs from regular tree pruning to installing owl boxes in my oak trees. They are very professional and truly care about the environment. I highly recommend this company!

Very impressed with the time provided by Mr. Mederos to clarify, explain and answer the many questions we had about our landscape and the relationship to the health of our trees. Mr. Mederos took the time to work with us to diagnose and establish a maintenance plan for the health of our trees and shrubs. Ryan Johnston and his crew from Bartlett Tree Experts in Atlanta have helped me upgrade and clear two properties, and their work has been excellent. Ryan and the company are good with useful advice and suggestions, occasionally the kind that would not profit them. I appreciate their vast knowledge and look forward to calling them again. They’re fun and easy to work with.

I was hopeful of working with a certified arborist from a respected local company for my tree issue. But my experience has been a big disappointment.

After Justin came out to assess my trees he said he'd send over a proposal. I had to keep asking and he finally sent it one month later. I accepted the proposal and then asked to get the work scheduled. I didn't get any response. I even asked the office to pair me with a different employee who would respond. They said not to worry and that Justin would take care of it.

After another month of no communication, a Bartlett worker with a spray truck shows up unplanned and says he is here to do the work. I had to apologize and send them away, as I am already seeking quotes from other companies. To his credit, that worker was very polite and understanding of the situation.

I am not sure how they are so well reviewed if this is how they do business, especially their senior arborists.

Raul is clearly an expert and great to work with. Crews were friendly, communicated clearly, were efficient during job and cleaned up at end. Very happy with the outcome.

I moved up to Buford and I still depend on Bartlett Tree Service. They may seem a little bit more expensive but you get what you pay for. I can directly compare how much better my cherry trees look and bloom compared to my neighbors trees.
