The Cleaning Authority came to the rescue when my husband and I realized we were just too old to keep up with what needed to be done. After their first visit, our only regret was that we hadn’t hired them years ago. They’re great!

We've been using The Cleaning Authority for a couple of years now. If you want a great cleaning service backed by a legitimate company, you can't go wrong with them. Most of the time we have the same ladies and Teams do the work. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Today Team 2 was in and they did a great job as they always do. I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority. I am not related to the Cleaning Authority in any way besides being a happy and satisfied customer.

Our house was a wreck until team 2 came to help us. I was astounded at the in-depth attention to detail they showed. We hope we get them the next time. We’re very pleased we contacted the Cleaning Authority and plan to continue to use them.

Just had my first session deep clean to begin using their bi-weekly service. The house was truly cleaned, they even moved my children’s beds away from the walls to fish out the treasures behind them. Their price is also very reasonable for the service provided.

New crew did an excellent job. Very personable and hardworking!

It depends a lot on which team you get. We have had teams that did a stellar job, and teams that did a very rushed, inconsistent job. We ended up switching to a different cleaning company, not for that reason, but because TCA had continuous trouble meeting our requested time window. They would keep scheduling cleanings outside the window and then try and charge a cancellation fee if we said we needed to reschedule. It just became a nuisance.

Our first detail clean was just completed, and the ladies did a great job! The process has been very easy - from the quick visit for our estimate to using the app for scheduling and even getting reminders for our cleaning day. So far it’s been a very good experience!

The Cleaning Authority is thorough and efficient. This was the second deep clean. I am delighted with the results. Working hard to make sure my home stays clean. It took me a while to realize that I could afford to bring in professionals to help. I work 3 jobs!!!!. Highly recommend them!

My house had been left empty for a while and really needed help. The ladies from The Cleaning Authority did a fabulous job - I don't think my house has ever been this clean! I highly recommend them!

I used cleaning authority several times this year and was moderately happy with the cleaning job. There were a few times I was promised a deep cleaning but that wasn’t done. For a basic regular cleaning I paid $250. There were a few instances where some small things in my home were broken but towards the end they damaged my blinds and wouldn’t pay to have them replaced. The most frustrating by part of this was that Christy accepted that there were four damaged blinds and then backtracked saying she would only cover three but even those weren’t covered. I called several times and was told I would be reached out to by a higher level manager but nothing has happened and it’s been several months. I still however get all of their promotional emails asking me to book again even though we have to resolve the issue. I’m really disappointed with the way things were handled and wouldn’t recommend them.

Fantastic experience! My house is so clean and they did it so quickly, and I love the app feature so that I can keep track of the cleaning schedule. Very friendly staff as well, super happy

Team #4 (Jessavela and Veneranda) did excellent general cleaning of my townhouse and deep clean of kitchen! Hope they come back again next time. Brought me complete peace of mind. Prior to cleaning was very easy and smooth process getting scheduled, initial home walkthrough (Christy), and straightforward app experience.

I worked with The Cleaning Authority for the first time today, and I am super happy with the work that Luvia, Misti, and Albertina did - great job! The women were thorough and friendly. I used a different cleaning company previously and that company did a great job the first time, but then the quality of the cleaning declined. I am very hopeful and optimistic that The Cleaning Authority will maintain the excellent standards they showed me today. Thank you so much!
