This is a terrific, locally owned and operated landscaping service. I use them and recommend them without reservation, highest rating.

Attempted to get a quote for lawn service and some landscaping installation. Initially submitted the request online and after almost a week I received an auto-email saying that I should have heard from them at that point and since I hadn’t, I decided it was a lost cause and not worth my time.
A day or so later I had a message from a salesperson saying that they attempted to call but couldn’t reach me (they didn’t) and that I likely got an email as well. I figured it was worth a shot to call them back. Spoke to the salesperson who told me they would have a quote for me within a few days, it’s been almost a week and I haven’t heard anything,
If they don’t think they can handle the job or don’t want to take it on, they could at least let me know. Poor business practice.

Falling Leaves is a A+ landscaping company that I have used on many of my properties and I will continue to do so for many years. Chris is the owner and is hands on every step of the way. Can't say enough good things!!

Last week I misplaced my wallet. After several hours of searching for it, I had reconciled myself to the real possibility of having to replace everything in it. I thought I might have placed it on the top of my car but it was nowhere in the vicinity of the car or my driveway. Some time later as I was returning from looking up and down my street, I noticed that the wallet had been placed at my front door. I had not noticed it earlier, since I normally enter my house via my garage, not my front door. There was a note from Fidel and Jorge, telling me that they had discovered the wallet out in the street (where it had fallen off my car). Nothing was missing. I highly recommend this company because of the profession and honesty of its workers

Falling Leaves delivered as quoted. They made sure that I was 100% satisfied. I now have the retaining walls, drainage, path, and stone steps to enhance the beauty of my back yard.

I really didn't want to resort to leaving negative reviews, but this lawncare company or lack there of is simply horrible period. I am part of an HOA that has used them for several years. We have attempted on multiple occasions to make them honor the agreement, but they only act halfway decent around the contract renewal time. The only reasons the HOA has kept them is because of the cost of inflation and lack of quality landscaping companies in our service area.
Just like the the first reviewer pointed out, they do not do anything right nor attempt to appease you when you express a grievance. And to add insult to injury, they are expensive in price and will cause more harm to your property than good (which if that is the case, you can just save your money and experiment on your own lawn, right?). They butcher any grass you have, cut a bush/skip a bush/trim one correctly just for measure (yes, you read that correctly), weed control is a joke along with any other professional services included in your contract, as well as they will damage and/or use your property with total disregard, such as use your water hose without permission, move your water irrigation system but don't put it back when done, damage other non-related possessions on your property, use weedeater machinery and liquid weed eater solution on freshly professionally-laid sod grass by a third party, and so on repeatedly. Basically, they take any green grass as a weed because any time they see it, they destroy it.
Our landscaping looks appalling for an HOA who pays someone to do this service. They really should not be in the landscaping business at all or at least go renew your certificationbecause clearly whatever you're using is just plain wrong. The owner is a horrible business owner who is only in business to take your hard earned money without honoring the contract his company has you to sign.
If you are looking for shoddy landscaping where you will end up spending extra money to fix their mess, then this is the place for you. Most of their properties along with our HOA community have the same calling card. Each of them look the same...like properties in need of a lawncare company.

Chris and his staff are truly exceptional. They respond quickly to questions and concerns and take the time to explain the "why" behind everything they do. Since letting them take care of all of my lawn and garden needs, I have a lot more time as well. Thank you Falling Leaves!

The guys at Falling Leaves did a great job landscaping around our new playground at Oak Grove United Methodist church. They worked around our schedule and were speedy an professional. Highly recommend!

I have used Falling Leaves for years and have had a great experience with them. Chris W. was always there for me either in basic landscape needs but also advice as well. His crews were always top notch and did the job with the highest quality.

Chris and his team came out to do some general cleanup for spring, as well as installing some hardscaping to make our yard more accessible for our dogs and children. They were very efficient in their work, but did a beautiful job designing on site. They were a pleasure to work with and overall very responsive. There were a few little scheduling miscommunications in the beginning, and because of that I wasn't able to be on site to answer immediate questions. The work was completed in a short amount of time, and I believe that had I been present the very little things I had to follow up on (trimming a bush instead of removing it, not weeding one area) would have been easily and happily dealt with. Overall, I am very happy with their work and absolutely recommend them to anyone searching for an honest, hardworking local company. I look forward to the next project with them!

Our HOA has utilized Falling Leaves over several years, finding them to be reliable, professional, and cooperative in meeting the front yard maintenance needs of our entire subdivision. Chris Wagnon is a pleasure to work with, as is the crew of long tenure that serves us weekly.

I used this service for about a year and a half. Many problems with the quality of the work other than the standard grass mow/blow/weed/fertilize. The first crew assigned to my property would simply mow around hoses in the grass instead of moving them, for example.
My contract with Falling Leaves included garden weeding and shrub pruning which didn't happen. I called several times on the issues and they weren't resolved. I asked for a crew change thinking that would help. It didn't.

This year I asked for a revision to my annual contract. I was told that the contract is 'standard' and that I should find another lawn company.

After my most recent experience with Falling Leaves Lawn Care I felt compelled to share this review so that anyone who might be considering their services would know what to expect.

I am fortunate and blessed to have a beautiful home with substantial landscaping. Shortly after we moved in in 2005, I realized that keeping everything looking its best would take more time and effort than I was able to provide.

My first call to Chris and his team was for an overall “Spring Cleaning”. He came out to give me an estimate and immediately impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge. He explained to me what was needed and what wasn’t. After getting a couple of estimates from other companies, I chose Falling Leaves to do the work.

Their hard working employees did in a day, what would have taken me a week or more to do! They exceeded my expectations, and left my property looking better than ever.

Since that first encounter, I have had them back once or twice a year for general trimming and cleanup, and have had them do several other projects for me. They created a site in our back yard for the play-yard that we installed for our grandchildren, build a beautiful fieldstone pathway in our yard, put in a decorative area of pavers in our front yard and solved a years-long drainage problem that we were having in a huge landscape bed.

Each and every time Chris and his team exceeded my expectations, and helped to keep my yard looking as good as it can be.

I used to call around to get competing quotes for the work that I’ve had them do for me, but I don’t even bother any more. They have proven to me that they are the ones that I can count on! Their slogan, “Growing… One Relationship at a Time”, really sums it up.
