Mark and his crew do a really good job. They are reasonably-priced and professional. I have used them for major work four times over the last 12 years on two different houses. I am always glad I chose them.

We contacted Certified Air Care due to rust in our furnace on a Friday morning and by 3 pm same day, Mike came out to inspect furnace and informed us that for our safety, he had to shut it down due to holes inside. Yikes!! He put us in touch with Liz, who immediately went to work to find us a new furnace for next day installation; she went above and beyond to find us a furnace and gave us the good news that one was found and would have the guys come early next morning. True to their word, Matt and Mike returned next morning and installed the new furnace. We were very pleased with their level of professionalism and quality of work, which exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Certified Air Care without reservation.

Our a/c went out on the hottest day of the summer so far. Within a few days, Mark (owner) and his team moved quickly to find the problem, locate a new system for us, and install it in the blazing heat. My pregnant wife was very happy to be back in our own house and be cool again. Mark was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and explained what he was doing in detail. The pricing seemed like a great deal after researching the market (especially with the high demand recently). I would work with Certified Air Care again for sure!

We had a 20+ year old hvac system replaced by Certified Air Care. Mark and his people worked all day to.replace it. They had to overcome several challenges due to the size of the crawl space which housed the furnace. The best part is that their cost was approximately 1/2 of one of the estimates that I received.

Have used Certified Air Care for 3-4 years. Never a bad experience. Just before Christmas of '22 we had to have a new big unit put in. It also coincided with the freezing weather we had at that time. Through it all they worked to get us heat, on a couple of days working rather late. They are friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, punctual and they care about your satisfaction.

Do not use this company. I was referred to them last week, called and scheduled an appointment for the following week. I received a reminder yesterday 6/24 regarding the upcoming appt on 6/25 between 8:00-10:00. Mind you I’ve taken the morning off to meet the technician. I called the number on the reminder I received yesterday at 10:40 today as the technician had not shown up. Initially Natalie said she called/text me to let me know that they would have to reschedule, which was completely false as I’ve been home all morning waiting on the technician. I then asked when it would be rescheduled for and she said she’d have to ask and placed me on hold. When she came back she said I’d have to call another company because I was located too far away from their Douglasville office. My home is in Marietta. I think this should have been mentioned when scheduled. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
