First time putting a new unit in was great!
Second time Service call the young guy seemed he wasn’t sure what to do, maybe more training hey but at least he is working!!!!!! I just had to get my boyfriend on the phone to help a guy out because he seemed unsure, cleaned it out then started to leave and it still wasn’t working! But I eventually realized the switch was off after he cleaned it out

I can't praise this air-conditioning company enough for their prompt and efficient service. When our AC suddenly stopped working on a scorching summer day, we desperately needed help. We called them, and to our relief, they arrived immediately, wasting no time diagnosing the issue. The technicians were highly skilled and courteous, making the whole process hassle-free.

Not only did they fix our AC problem swiftly, but they also provided valuable advice on maintenance to avoid future breakdowns. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the service, leaving us with a perfectly working AC and a sense of relief.

Great group of people that are willing to help you, even in a tight situation. My A/C went out in a time when the temperatures were soaring. They came and looked it over and give us a quote that was very fair. They were not trying to "rip you off" when we were in a dire straight situation. The technicians arrived in a timely manner and was done quicker than I expected. We will be using them for all future servicing. Many Thanks to the team at Certified Air care.

I reached out to a friend of ours for a recommendation for Heating and Air. Gave me Certified Air, place a call and had someone out that afternoon. After finding out what was wrong, was given some options. The response from these guys are above the rest!

Recently, my air conditioner was only blowing hot air, and the temperature in my home reached a sweltering 82 degrees. Certified Air Care came to the rescue right away, scheduling a technician who exceeded all my expectations. The technician quickly identified that the issue was a tripped circuit breaker – a simple fix, but one that I wouldn't have discovered on my own. My home was comfortable again in no time. I've always found your staff to be courteous and professional, and this experience was no exception.

I called them out 7 days ago to blow out a drain line that was clogged and there was something else going on that was causing the unit not to blow cold air. Turns out it was the capacitor. Technician was friendly and had his grandnephew with him so that he could learn. I thought that was sweet. When telling the tech about the drain line he immediately went into wanting to sell me a "maintenance plan." I told him we are broke and only need to get it working again until my husband came back in town and he could take over from there. He then wanted to sell me a whole house air purifying system. I told him no thanks. When he presented me with the list, blowing out the drain line was $75.00. This was in addition to the $95.00 trip charge. He then started saying I needed a new compressor, so I called my husband on the phone and had him tell my husband and he too was wondering what he was talking about, when my husband asked him if he meant that we needed a new capacitor. The technician said "oh yes that's another term for it." So that was $200.00. We agreed to have him blow out the drain line and replace the capacitor. Yesterday when I came upstairs it was 85 degrees, so the unit had stopped working the day before. I checked the drain pan and sure enough, it was full of water again. I got out the wet/dry vac and vacuumed it up and it started cooling again, however the drain line was obviously clogged. I called them this morning to let them know it was not draining after we had paid them $75.00 to blow out the line. She was very nice (Kailey) and advised me that the tech did drain the line and that he offered to fix the pitch of the line but that they can clog up again within days. I asked for a refund of the $75.00 and they declined. They said they could get a tech back out, but it wouldn't be until next week. I really didn't want the high pressure sales guy to come out again, and I really just wanted a refund. I can vacuum out the water until my husband returns next week and he can fix it without trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need and can't afford.

I won't be using this place again and I don't recommend them.

Great company! Great staff members (Mark and Robbie). The customer service was great from start to finish. Hurricane Helena dumped a bunch of water in my crawl space and the Certified Air Care family made me fell like family by responding immediately to my concerns... I went from defcon 5 to not worring about the water issue. Thanks again to the team for your professionalism.

Robbie was my technician and he was outstanding! He explained to me what he was doing beforehand, and when he was finished, he went over what my heater was outputting and confirmed that there were no issues. We went over my next appt to ready my air conditioner for the summer. Overall, it was a quick, great visit!

We had a full AC/Furnace installed and Certified Air did an amazing job. It was more complicated than expected and they didn’t quit until everything was just right. They went above and beyond!

I had a new a new system installed and duct cleaning. I was very pleased with the job Robbie and team did. They did a great job with the install didn't take short cuts and did the job right. Robbie even ran a new gas line to my water heater. Unfortunately during the night the furnace quit working. I called the office to let them know and within a couple of hours the owner Mark was here to fix it. He spent most of the day here troubleshooting the furnace and had it working around 6pm. It's worked fine ever since.
I am very happy I used Certified Air Care for this job!

Annual Maintenance and Robbie Lemonds was the service guy! What a wonderful young man. He did the service and was gone . I had to call him back because the unit wasn’t coming on. A wire was loose so he fixed it. I would definitely recommend Certified Air Care for your heating and air needs.

Very nice Professional Team.They did everything they quoted me and went the extra mile making my complete install a perfect fit for my house and my budget. One day install and cleaned up their work areas better than they found it. Thank you Mark and your Team!

Mark was great as always. The problem I am having is intermittent, but Mark works to get it resolved. He keeps me informed on what is haapening.

Always on time. Gave up dates While he was at my home servicing my two units. They put both of my units in a couple years apart. They put new ducks under my crawl space. Put in all three new thermostats.
Put the shoe Covers on when entering in my home. Very nice and professional and the office When making my appointment following up , let me know Can you service as soon as possible. I've been a customer for the last 7years and been very please. My service man was Emerson.You did a awesome job.
