The guys were early and very nice. Cleaned up after finishing the job. Explained everything they did in detail. All in all great experience. Will recommend to others. Thanks guys at Certified Air and Mark and Kaley were the best.

Mark was punctual, fast and knowledgeable. We have a relic system and Mark came in experienced and didn’t try to haggle us into an upgrade. He was friendly and fast. Overall great experience! And affordable!! Highly recommend

Great customer service, timely install and prices much lower than competitors. We will be using them for service on our units and would use them for another replacement should the need arise (praying it doesn’t though!).

From the time Mark came out to discuss a new install of a Trane System, he was polite, knowledgeable and patient. He explained to us based on our consumption what would be the best, most efficient and economical unit for us. He did not try to upsale us at all. After he left we had some questions and Mark was very patient and took time to explain and answer all questions we had. After we had done our due diligence by getting two other estimates and checked reference, we contacted Mark at Certified Air to install our new furnace and AC unit. On the day of install, Mark and his crew arrived on time, placed plastic down and put on their shoe covers to protect our floors. They then went to work dismantling our furnace and AC unit, hauled it out, installed new unit, tested it and showed us how it worked Can’t say enough positive things about this company. They did an exceptional job. So glad I chose Certified Air.

We were very pleased with Certified Air the man was very knowledgeable and Friendly. And gave us step by step information. We had someone out here before this company they gave the wrong advise to what was wrong. And their price was to high. I'm so glad I called this company heats working perfectly now thank God for honest reliable people like ya'll.

From the interaction via my first phone call to the visit from Robbie the tech, I really enjoyed the experience with Certified Air Care. Robbie was on time and informative. He allowed me to ask questions and shared other maintenance information. The price for the yearly maintenance was fair. I definitely recommend this company.

Mark (owner) initially provided a very thorough furnace inspection. I was so impressed with the quality of work and his honesty about the condition of my unit that when it came time to replace the system - Certified was the clear choice. There is no substitute for trust. Robbie came out today and did the fall maintenance. Again, great service. I highly recommend this family-owned company.
