Omar did a fabulous job of quickly diagnosing and repairing the problem! I was so thankful since the air conditioning in my condo was not working and with the warm weather the temperature in my home was up to 91 degrees before the repair! The scheduling staff were very helpful as well. Thanks again for a great job!

Great experience with Comfort Solutions! From the replacement presentation by Rachel to the installation done by Jeremy and Josh, everything was smooth, up front, and well priced! Will likely be using their maintenance plan as well. It's affordable and offers a great service without having to think about scheduling things.

From Sommer and Cathy in the office, to Chris who showed us our options, all the way to the installers, they were professional and helpful throughout. Jason has built a great organization. The technicians were very professional, kind, and personable. As a single woman, I felt safe with them in my home. They did an excellent job of leaving my home in good condition.

We unexpectedly had to replace our 30+ year old HVAC system. Josh and Jeremy did a wonderful job. They came in, were very polite, took a quick tour to get familiar with where everything was, and went to work. We are very pleased with our new AC and I’m sure the new furnace will keep us toasty this winter. We are so happy with Comfort Solutions and the work Josh and Jeremy did for us.

Have my hvac serviced with them twice a year and they are always very professional and personable. Have also had to call them when a unit went out and they were very responsive and competitively priced.

Comfort Solutions has been a great company to deal with! Rachel was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about what system I needed and wasn’t pushy at all- which I greatly appreciate! Greg and Jeremy came out a few days later for the install which only took a few hours- they were also awesome! And last, I just had David out today to service my older units and he was fantastic- I’m glad I found a family owned company that cares about their clients. Thank you!!

I’ve had a great experience with the people I’ve worked with at Comfort Solutions. Our consultant Rachel was very friendly, informing and forthcoming about relevant info we would need to know in great detail about our HVAC system replacement. Our installers Paul and Austin were very professional, friendly, and did a quality job. They even gave me contacts for other types of projects around the house.

I built my home in 2021. Comfort Solutions installed my HVAC system. I purchased their mantainance program and biannually they service my unit. I have been impressed from day one with the TLC I have experienced. The most recent example is: Yesterday afternoon the system stopped working. I called the office at 5:15PM and reached Cheyenne. She was on her way home and promised to call when she got home to help me trouble shoot. We walked through the most common causes to no avail. She promised to have a technician out to my home at 8AM.
I was fortunate to have Joe Rayburn come. He was thorough and soon found that my issue was a fuse had blown inside the furnace. This was caused by an issue with the contactor on the outside unit. He had the parts on his truck and repaired the problem in short order. I have 3 zones with 3 thermostats. Joe reset the clock on each as he verified everything was in good order.
I have to say in 4 years this experience is not unique. Every person in this company is customer focused and has outstanding technical knowledge.

I recommend Comfort Solutions with no reservations.

I really only use Comfort Solutions for all of my HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation. I don’t even bother getting quotes anymore. They do quality work, stand behind their product, and care about their customers. It’s not worth the time and effort of shopping around. Their team is always so friendly and professional. From Amber who does the scheduling, to Rachel who did my estimate, to Jeremy and Joshua who did my install, everyone is top notch. Stop looking around for better, because you won’t find it, and you won’t regret working with Comfort Solutions!

Have been working with Comfort Solutions for over 5 years. They maintained our HVAC systems in our previous home and were always polite, on-time, professional, efficient and most of all, cared about our comfort and our needs. We now moved to another home and are finishing 1800 square feet in our basement. Patrick came out, assessed our HVAC needs and made recommendations with various options for our personal situation. They were highly competitive with pricing and also showed us they value their customers. Paul & Austin did the installation and they too, were polite, kept a clean work area and were highly professional and knowledgeable in what they do.

Jeremy and Josh just replaced our AC unit, furnace, and installed another vent in our bedroom. They were very professional, very courteous, and they thoroughly explained the process from start to finish. Best of all, they allowed us to observe their work as they completed each step.
