Fast response to send out technician to address the issues with my AC. Kept me informed about his findings and even called back to let me know he found the freon leak without having to check the entire line. I approved the repair estimate and paid the invoice. It will be up, running and cooling shortly. David definitely earned 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ as far as his service and professionalism. THANK YOU DAVID!!!

We recently purchased a home and noticed the AC drain line wasn’t draining properly outside. I reached out to Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling on a Thursday evening, and they had me scheduled the very next day. The technician, Alex Samaniego, came out and quickly identified the problem — the drain line started with PVC but switched to copper and terminated inside the foundation instead of outside. He explained everything clearly and recommended replacing the entire line along with an A/C check-up.
We scheduled the work for the following Wednesday, and I specifically requested Alex again because of how friendly, professional, and knowledgeable he was. He arrived right on time, completed the work efficiently, and walked me through everything he did. He showed me the old copper line, explained how he extended the drain line to properly drain away from the foundation, and even rewrapped the outside piping during the A/C check-up. On top of that, he taught me how to clean the drain line to prevent future clogs.
Alex went above and beyond — extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. I’m so grateful for the service I received. Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling is now my go-to company for anything heating or cooling related.

All around excellent service. Our AC went out on a Thursday. Scheduled an appointment to have it serviced and Joe came out on time. Unfortunately our system was too old to repair and he recommended a replacement. After giving me plenty of valuable information, he left and Rachel soon came the same day to determine what we needed to cool our home. She also gave us more than enough information to make an educated decision. I had to call her multiple times over the course of getting financed and she was really available and helpful every time. Paul and Austin showed up for the install on time and completed the job very quickly. They helped me to understand my new system and did a great job. I was given more knowledge about HVAC systems than I will ever need and everyone who showed up from Comfort Solutions was nice, prompt, highly knowledgeable and just all around good people. I highly recommend this company, especially if you have less than perfect credit (as I do). Joe, Rachel, Paul and Austin deserve high praise.

Thay never sell me something that I don't need and dreaming up work. Just to keep them going, they don't need it. They're very professional.

Fantastic service. Fairly new home and AC went out just after the warranty expired! Comfort Solutions went above and beyond to find the problem, troubleshoot and provide recommendations. Installing the new unit was completed in a few hours and my wife is happy.. meaning I am happy lol

Our sales tech Rachael was friendly and thorough. She caught issues other companies we had estimates from totally missed and was attentive and informative. She was also totally honest and when wet thought we were very attached to a higher end more expensive system, told us transparently that our home really didn’t need it and that it wouldn’t end up working efficiently with our vent placement. There was a minor issue after the installation that was impossible to confirm was directly caused by the install but they came out and repaired it anyway- no questions asked. Their price was comparable to a lot of other single speed systems for a multi speed and the financing offered had the best rates and timelines. Really pleased with my experience.
