Joe is the BEST!! He explained everything to me along the steps to get my mom’s furnace repaired. Cheyanne was very pleasant to work with to get me on route for the same day!! We are very pleased and blessed that Joe saved our day ( right before the ice storm comes). Thank you all for being part of a company that takes pride in their service.

My service technician was the best. He was tentative to detail. Answered all questions and concerns that I had. Never once did the technician have anything negative to say. He was knowledgeable in the field and gave his honest opinion at hand to the matter. I would recommend Mike Muise to anyone. Thanks Mike.

Comfort Solutions did an absolutely great job installing our new heat pump. Paul and his colleague were very thorough and respectful. Highly recommend. Also a big shoutout to their rep, Rachel, who helped us out all along the way. Amazing customer service. 5 stars.

Honest company. They changed one inexpensive part, and repaired my HVAC. When four other companies told me I needed an entire new unit (quoting thousands). Recently had it serviced by Joseph. He went above and beyond, explaining in detail everything he checked. If you’re looking for a company who does good work at a fair price, look no further.

Another great experience with Comfort Solutions. One of our heating systems randomly stopped working and they were able to come out next day and find the issue and fix quickly. Explained the issue which was nothing they could have prevented and the house is warm again. We are members and with the discount the cost seemed fair.

As usual the service is top notch. Replaced thermostats as an upgrade to T6. Previously had to run between floors to make changes. I requested Alex for the install and wow! He does such a good job and is professional and friendly. Never had a complaint with the service I receive from comfort solutions.
