Nick and Beto are both all stars. Nick crushed it on communication and quote, and Beto did a fantastic job on install. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

M&M Rain Gutters did a great job with my new rain gutters. Nick did a great job explaining the process and giving suggestions to some problems with my rain gutters. His crew was fast efficient and did a great job. They were the most reasonable priced out of all the contractors I had quote me. Their work is top-notch.

I needed some assistance in anchoring a section of gutter that had come loose during the last hailstorm(9/2025). M&M responded immediately with a courteous, respectful and friendly Tech. M&M Gutters came out quickly, assessed the situation, and instead of trying to sell me brand-new gutters, they suggested simply trimming the existing ones with clippers. It was a simple solution that saved me a ton of money, and it worked perfectly! I really appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and efficiency. They were able to easily fix an issue with our gutters installed by the builder (down spout over window well) They did a great job, even better than how they had thought it would go (angled gutter that looks and works great). Very professional. Very pleased. Would definitely use them again.

Poor communication, damage to my gutters, it is like pulling teeth to get in contact with the PM after my initial install that went poorly. These 5 star reviews have to be solicited. Would not use them again.

I initially reached out to this company to get an estimate for gutter cleaning and also for gutter guards. I had an area in my fascia where water was running up against it and down into the wall inside of my house. I ultimately went with gutter guards as the cleaning was free with install.

This where it went down hill. The employee who arrived did not clean out a single gutter and haphazardly installed the gutter guards and missed entire areas like my garage. He placed his ladder against my copper gutters and there are now areas where the copper was scratched away. He also didn't install elbows into my below ground downspouts as quoted. I had shown this employee where water was getting into the house and he identified how that was occurring and the pm quoted me for this second repair and I scheduled it for two weeks later.

Back to the job...

To say I was displeased with the work was an understatement. The entire reason I hired this company was because I wanted my gutters cleaned out immediately to prevent further damage from the water entering the house. It took me several calls texting emails scary multiple weeks to get back in contact with the project manager who quoted me. When he did finally call me back he assured me he was sending somebody else out to redo the job that the other person did so poorly. In the two weeks I was waiting to hear back, the second job was never done despite scheduling it for 10/4. Apparently the person redoing the gutters was gonna do it.

They send someone to redo the gutter guards and to clean out the gutters the same week of 10/4, never informed me when he was coming and luckily I happen to wfh that day. The PM didn't inform him of the repair for the fascia where water was entering home. So, still not scheduled but guards are done and gutters are clean. Once again it was like pulling teeth to try to get in contact with James the PM about the job not being done.

Luckily I had not paid the remaining 50% owed from the gutter guard install. James finally contacts me 2 weeks later and says he will be sending someone to do the repair of the gutter and fascia area where water was getting in. That was 2 weeks ago. I emailed last night and said to forget the second job and to update my invoice to remove the elbows that were never installed on the first job.

Finally got an updated invoice this morning and just paid it. So now I can leave this honest review of my extremely poor experience with M&M and wash my hands of this bad experience. James had the opportunity to make things right and actually made them worse with his continued poor communication.

Lesson learned, if a price is too good to be true then it is. If you read this review and see M&M respond saying they did XYZ to remedy the situation, know that anything other than what my review says is dishonest. I don't want the company to reach back out and ask how to improve my experience. This is a WARNING to anyone else who is considering them for work.

Nick quickly determined our gutter issue and had it all fixed in about 45 minutes!

There are so many gutter companies out there, but save yourself some time and just call M&M - you’ll be so glad you did!

Update 5/31/2023: I was skeptical of M&M Gutters after my previous engagement. They did come on time as agreed and reran our gutter drains. The quality was above my expectation. Adjust to a five star. While there some hick ups, M&M is committed to customer satisfaction.

Update 5/30/2023: I got a call from someone who of authority. He stated they would be hear first thing the next day (5/30/2023) to resolve the issue. I wouldn't call the interaction positive. I agree things happen but a simple text message letting me know of a delay goes a long way . Note: I choose this vendor specifically because of their good reviews, that said you're only as good as the interaction you had with them.

I needed a really small job done to help fix some gutters. I had arranged to have a crew come to fix some gutters (small job). The guy that did the quote was very nice. I double confirmed they would arrive on 5/30/2023. The crew never showed, I had to call them twice to even get status update. This was one of three jobs I needed (two gutters and one exterior). This is a really horrible way to start a business relationship.

Even the rep I talked to seemed to not care. Note I also paid for the job in advance.

Couldn’t be more pleased with Mack and his team. Communication was amazing. Always on time and stayed in the job until completed. All workers were courteous and professional. The quality of work is amazing. Highly recommend M and M for all your exterior needs.

M&M Gutters was amazing! Pricing was competitive, detailed installation& reliable quality. Nick spent an extra 30 minutes addressing my concerns and bringing forth resolution. I would definitely call Nick and the M&M Team again for any gutter needs.

The installation of my siding and gutters was excellent. Other companies told me the job was too small. M&M did not care the job was small. I would recommend them over all others.

I had an installer named Lalo come out to install gutters for me recently and he did an amazing and fantastic job! He did however show me I had some pretty significant damage to my roof and recommended I call M&M. Best decision I have made in a long time. I could only ever get ahold of them after hours due to my work but even then they were super responsive even after closing! They sent out Dave who inspected my home and realized my roof was installed wrong and told me the best course of action was to replace the roof which is something you never want to hear so I asked him if we could bandage it and he refused and was so super honest about why putting a bandaid on it was not the best long term for my house and my wallet and explained it so perfectly. I waited to make a decision and after a heavy rainstorm showed me I had leaks in 6/9 room in my home I again contacted after hours on a Friday to try and quickly get something set up on Monday. They responded again on Friday and set out a guy named Sam to get my materials and told me they would be there on that money to INSTALL and they did! They even went above and beyond what I was even quoted for to insure my home was protected! They were on time and were even done by the time I got back from work! Super friendly and caring guys! Sam, Dave, Lalo all did an amazing job and I highly recommend M&M for whatever exterior needs you may have because this was the smoothest transaction I have ever had with any contractors!!! Thank you M&M for saving my home! Included are some before and after photos! The results are stunning!

M&M did a fantastic job on our roof and gutters! It was a big project since there were shake shingles and 2 layers of asphalt shingles to remove down to the original 1x6 decking on a steep-roofed English Tudor house.

It was incredible how clean and tidy they were through the whole demo. They put tarps and plywood down to facilitate confining the debris removed from the roof. They had to hand carry the debris to the dumpster on the street since our driveway was too narrow to bring even a small sized trailer/dumpster up next to the house.

The roofers worked very hard and continuously from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. We really love our new roof and gutters and highly recommend M&M!
