Leaf guard is pricey for sure. Doral was our sales person who sold us on getting leaf guard. The sales transition was perfect. Doral an excellent person & talks a good talk. Although the work being done was a bit of a challenge, Doral backed up his talk 💯! The installers had a few things that needed to be addressed & did so with the help of Milo & his crew. Thomas & Brian of Milo’s crew came out to do follow up to work out the glitches after installment and were 💯 on their game. Went above & beyond to make sure they did what they went to do. I did have an issue with my roof that I thought because of the leaf guard installment might have ruined part of my roof that was totally replaced not even 2 years ago. Roof Tek’s personel who I talked to going back & forth who tried to convince me it wasn’t their work that ruined part of my roof. A rep from roof Tek did come out but didn’t even get on the roof & from the ground swore it was a structural thing. I told Doral & he came back out & was convinced it was because of roof teks work. I was really confused now & was a battle between roofers & leaf guard. Doral did every thing he could to stand by their work. I arranged a meeting with both company’s to meet up to hash out who’s really at fault. That wasn’t easy to do because roof Tek would not easily participate . Doral & Milo had no problem doing whatever they had to do to stand behind leaf guards work & was early to their appointment & everything. Leaf guard was late but did show up. Before roof Tek showed another roofer from the roof Dr that Doral knew came out of nowhere. Almost like a God send. Doral, Milo & I were on the roof when the roof Dr on the scene & confirmed it was a roofing issue not leaf guards doing. We still had to convince roof Tek and when roof Tek did show & inspected the roof they also found it was roof teks bad & immediately sent a crew out that day to repair the whole section that was ruined. I was grateful for Doral & Milo to back their work up the way there did & stand by me the way they did. They helped get roof Tek to replace that section of the roof. So thank you along with Milo’s crew Thomas & Brian for going above & beyond for us!

Can't say enough good things about my experience and product satisfaction with Leafguard. From the first email of inquiry to the final day of installation, the entire process and Leafguard team were amazing to work with, professional, polite, prompt, and communicated with me all the way through. Start to finish, it was less than 3 weeks to get my gutters installed. The product itself just looks amazing curb appeal wise, increased my property value, and also is tier 1 in performance compared to just as expensive, run-of-the-mill gutters, that don't do anything near as good of a job as Leaf Guard does in protecting my home from debris and water damage. A special thank you to Bryson for his 4+ hour drive to me in Sothern Utah late in the day for all measurements and product detail review, Shawn for consistent communication and working with a busy time schedule, and Steve and his crew that came out and did the installation. 5/5 stars in every category, and highly recommend Leafguard to anyone wanting the best you can get.

Keefer was a great salesman. He was able to give us a great demo and answer any and all questions about their gutter system. It was also easy to book the installation. For the amount of water we've gotten it brings me comfort that our gutters will work properly now.

Vincent was fast and efficient. He came across as very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his product… which I assume is pretty hard to do when all you’re selling is gutters. He was willing to come back 3 times in two days to complete his sale. I’m looking forward to my new gutters. 😊

The LeafGuard gutter installers, Dylan and Peter did a fantastic job installing our rain gutters. They were very professional and took the time to do it correctly. Their work was very meticulous and theycleaned up all of the old gutters when they left. Great job well done.

Two-man installation team provided initial and follow-up installation of new Leaf Guard gutter system. Their work effort was diligent, efficient and professional throughout their stay. In addition to being immediately responsive to questions and suggestions, they were friendly, courteous and thorough in their actions for the duration of their project tasks. Highly recommend the product and the assigned team!

Jeremy the salesman was very thorough in his knowledge of the product, hard working guy, travels hundreds of miles. Tucker and his partner, whose name refuses to stick in my mind, were courteous and professional and completed the installation in a day, a long day, big job! So looking forward to the next rain to see the results!

A Strong Negative Review: We are currently working with Brett Heinemeyer (National Director of Leafgaurd). We have had a major issue which started 1 month after installation. After months of persistent calling to have the lifetime warranty honored, they sent a team who discovered poor workmanship from their installers. Their fix was patchwork and after just 1 month the very same issues resurfaced. Again, after several more months of trying to reach the warranty team with persistent calling to get it fixed right, they sent an “Expert" to evaluate the damage and take pictures. When their expert took the damage to Brett Heinemeyer (National Director of Leafgaurd), he called us to tell us he was sending a "Different Expert" because it was too much money. ???REALLY??? This project was very expensive for us but we signed with them as a good investment for our home. Our contract has a lifetime warranty and it would bring the value of our home up with less maintenance. It’s only good if it is installed properly which ours was not! Ours shows obvious poor workmanship/damage and worst of all it is still not fixed 2 years later and with constant calling to try and get it fixed right so more damage can be avoided. We are getting the run-around with Brett. We do not want a patchwork job that is causing more damage the longer it isn’t fixed! This needs to be resolved as soon as possible. This can all be supported with documentation and photographs. The “Expert Contractor” that Brett sent is ready to start work but can’t until Brett approves the warranty cost! This is beyond frustrating!!!

The rain gutters are amazing. The installers were nice. They worked with me for payment and installation.

Trying to get service is a nightmare. I’ve left voicemails that never got returned. I called the office and I was informed someone would call me, that call never came.

A part was said to be ordered that was almost a year ago now. Never showed.

Mr Pettit first sold me on the plan and presentation. He answered all my questions. And then later on when I needed help with a repair Mr. Pettit and the CEO of the company talked to me in person and by phone and sent a full crew out who fixed the problem within hours. The company not only has an excellent product they have the full integrity to back it. I whole heartily endorse this company and the workers who do the work.

Just had the Leafguard Gutter System installed including replacement of all the Facia wood. Very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Everyone so knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and respectful. Estimate process was so informative not only of their own product/process but also the competition which helped me decide to go with Leafguard. Price came in quite high, in my opinion, however there were many discounts we qualified for which brought the price down quite a bit. I appreciated them finding all of the ones we could use. Thank you Dean. Very impressed with the lifetime guarantee and the product itself. Could not of asked for a better install crew then Gage and Reese. They both went over and above to make sure we were pleased and satisfied with all of their work. They were both so knowledgeable and did a fantastic job on this 100 yr old house.

Just a great experience from start to finish. The salesman, Doral Vance , was exceptional. The crew that installed were like a machine. They cleaned up each day and did an excellent job. I could not recommend LeafGard more highly.

Called Leafguard to come and give us and estimate. We were very happy with what was presented. Keefer was very professional and answered every question that we threw at him. He presented samples of the materials which are of excellent quality. We are so happy that we won't have to climb the ladder again to clean out gutters.

Gutters look really good. Installers were so knowledgeable, professional and very polite They came and had them installed as well as cleaned up the old gutters, etc, all within 4 hours. The trees around us are very messy with seeds that filled our gutters each year. Now we don’t have to worry about it. Thank you Leafguard!

I had a very positive experience with the salesman. Patient and knowledgeable. The installation was smooth, and they fixed some issues that were a problem with the original gutters installed by someone else. I love the color and how the gutters don't interfere with the look of the home.

We had major issues with our old gutters being torn off from snow sliding off our metal roof. We looked at all of the possible gutter options and decided LeafGuard would potentially fit our needs. Vincent, our sales rep, showed us the system and compared them to the options we'd already looked at and discarded. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer all our questions about our concerns. The biggest selling point for us was the lifetime no pull away detachment warranty for the LeafGuard gutters.

The installation crew showed up right on time and was very professional and quick at installing the gutters and very friendly. Since it was raining during installation we were able to get a live demonstration before it was even completely in place.

I am looking forward to seeing how they handle the snow next winter.

Zero stars- do NOT use this company!!! They are not qualified or competent to install gutters. They attempted to install gutters on my parents home which drained within 12 inches of the window well. A company dealing with gutters and water should be aware of and take into consideration potential drainage issues. The first big storm caused their basement to flood. They had to call a restoration company to come take care of the damage and Leafguard will not take care of the thousands of dollars of damage that they caused. In addition to the drainage issue, the downspouts were not fastened to solid wood but were attached to the siding and insulation. This problem was not remedied until after the flood occurred even though it was communicated to the company. Installers are NOT professionals that know what they are doing and this company will not take responsibility for the problems they caused. Cannot get ahold of someone that can take care of this problem. They have been working with a go between. It appears they are not sufficiently insured. Very unprofessional. Stay away!

The salesman was amazing! He was on time, professional, courteous, listened and answered all our questions. If he didn't know something he called his boss and got us an answer. He was honest about the quality of the product and explained the process of installation including details. The experience was very positive! Highly recommended!👍👏

I love my new Leaf Guard rain gutters. The product is high quality and even improves the exterior appearance of my home. The salesman was very informative and knowledgeable and the installers were hard working, efficient and courteous. Leaf Guard has an amazing lifetime warranty and has given me much needed peace of mind and confidence.
