I have been looking into new gutters for a while. I saw a commercial for Leafguard and called and set up an appointment. The rep came, looked over and measured the house. He came in and explained how Leafguard works. Looked very good. Then came the shock! I needed 86 feet of gutter and 4 down spouts. The quote was $11, 100, $127 a foot. I asked if there was a veterans discount and he said yes. I was thinking 10% but he said that out bring it down to $10,700. Then he said he was going to make a call to see if there were other discounts available. The gentleman on the other end said he could get it down to $9,800. The next day I received a text from their QA office asking if there was anything they could help with and how the quote went. I asked for a BOTTOM line price to which I got the same text. I text back and told the Gentleman that I felt like I was at a car deal with the way the price changed talking to this person and that person. I got text back and bottom line price was $7311. A $4,000 drop in price and probably could have gotten it for less. Needless to say I got a second quote that was much more in line with what I thought.

To keep leaves out of our rain gutters, we looked into several different systems and products. We selected Leaf Guard because they use the science of water surface tension technology in the design and production of their rain gutters. And they have the lifetime warranty. Thus far, our experience with Leaf Guard has included only sales and installation. We expect that their lifetime warranty will be honored in full, should any future need arise. The sales representative, Jeremy, was particularly knowledgeable about system effectiveness, product quality, and installation processes. The rain gutter installation supervisor, Tanner, was personable, knowledgeable, experienced, and highly skilled in problem solving. He supervised installation activities of certified team members (Derrick and Dana) to ensure the project’s successful completion. Tanner’s professionalism and dedication to customer service and satisfaction were commendable. At this point, we feel confident in our decision, and very satisfied with our Leaf Guard experience.

My grandma wants to say, "I bought my system on July7, 2025. It is now December 12, 2025. I have been trying to get my gutter problem fixed since October. I have had two different roofing companies out because the technicians told me it was a problem with the shingles. Both companies have said it was the problem of having the gutters installed too high and pushing the shingles up which formed a trench that the water runs down instead of flowing into the gutter.
I have called and called and called, sent emails with photos and video clips of the problem, and an explanation by one of the roofers....to no avail. My texts have also been blocked.
The phone people tell me they will put me on top of the list or put an urgent notice on the call....to no avail. Tanner has blocked my calls. I can't even get through to him.
BUT I WILL NOT GIVE UP. THEY ARE GOING TO LIVE UP TO THEIR GUARANTEE!!!!!!"

** Updated July 12, 2024** Nearly a year in and this defective product is STILL on our house, causing damage and filling with water and not draining because they refuse to come remove it. Representatives ignore calls, never show up to appointments, and leave problems to get worse. Guess it is time to lawyer up. Do NOT use this company!
**updated on 03/28/2024: Doral admitted to pushing our issue off, and said Milo would call us on 02/19/2024. I specifically asked if that would happen because it was a holiday and was assured it would. No call came. TERRIBLE company that does NOT stand behind their promises to correct any problems.
***updated again on 12/18/2023: Had representative, Doral, show up unannounced one night in October. He walked around and talked the talk, making promises of setting things right. Made an appointment to come back with a crew, but then he had to re-schedule. Have not seen nor heard from him since. Just reinforces the type of people these people are. Be smart, avoid this company! ***

After a response from Leaf Guard, a rep said they would be out on a certain day. Took the day off (because they did not provide a time), and they never showed. Now we have worse leaking and flooding, and no customer service!!! ***
Only got 1 star because we actually did get the gutters installed. Whether or not they are proper is a different story. Sales person either was not knowledgeable or out right lied to get the sale. Should have been a hard pass once they said it would be $19k. Crew were not very professional, poor communication, they left screws and nails in my driveway, and left a large piece of their metal material they set on my pool behind as well. Installers kept hanging around hinting at a tip. Sorry, but for $19k and the mess you left behind, you aren't getting a tip. Save your tine and money, and avoid this company. Wishing we had. Now I have gutters leaking they won't come take care of, just play the pass the buck game. Frustrating and unprofessional. VERY disappointed!!!

Sergio and Alex with Leafguard did an amazing job installing my new gutters! They were efficient taking down and putting up, they cleaned up the entire site, even sweeping up the dust and debris. Sergio was friendly and answered all of my questions regarding cars and my warranty. I highly recommend them.

I am sure the gutter system works but the installation and service has been horrible. 25 days from the initial installation still not complete. Have stayed home 2 days from work with no shows from Leafguard of Utah. They are not reliable. Don't fall for the deposit. Insist the job is complete to your satisfaction before you pay anything. Promises not kept. Keep in mind they will quote you real high make sure you do your homework before you agree on a price. There is a reason the better Business bureau only gave them a 1.47 star rating. @Leafguard you know my number I have reached out to the PM and Salesman with no response.

Initially the install went well, about two months later I had a service issue. I called on the 22nd of September and was told someone would get back with me within 24 hours. It's been 3 months and no one has called. They did stop by a month later to look at the problem. I was told they didn't have the color. They left and never came back. It's now December and every time I call I get the same answer. We'll call you... Unless I get resolution soon I'm going to stop making payments.

I have to start my review by saying, my husband was right. We absolutely needed new gutters. Last winter water got behind our old gutters and the stucco and started causing damage inside.

Doral Vance came to our call and pointed out some other issues from the old gutter system but came up with a whole map of our house and how he would fix them. He walked us through the technology and even into the physics of the whole system. Then he explained the different financing options and how the lifetime guarantee works. I am confident that the money we put into this will not only protect our investment, but add more value to our home when we go to sell it someday.

We were really worried about getting them installed before winter, so they had a crew come down from Boise, Idaho to Ogden, Utah to make sure we were prioritized. Braxton, Tony, and crew worked tirelessly and I'm very grateful to them because our roof is pretty steep in some points. They even went around and repaired any wood that was damaged on the outside, which I thought was awesome.

I like the design of these gutters not only for how they block leaves and other debris, but they look really sleek too. I think the large downspouts are so cool because they create a water vortex that pushes the water down and then they have these little windows on them with filters that are easy access that you can clean out if needed. The company is super easy to work with and very professional. I think it's at least worth getting a bid and having them explain how cool the gutters are. I must be getting old because I never thought I would have such glowing things to say about gutters.

Mike from Leaf Guard came to our house and did a great job of explaining his product and the lifetime guarantee. He demonstrated the leaf guard system and how it works. We were very happy with Mike and we are having leaf guard installed tomorrow

The rain gutters themselves are great! They work as advertised and look amazing. We were told originally that the old wood would be replaced when the gutters were installed and thought they were but upon closer inspection we find that the gutters were put on top of the rotted wood. We also had some customer service issues. The work was done while we were not home and we were told someone would be by later to take the rest of payment and they never showed up when I called they sent someone over who never showed up at the time we were told either. Eventually someone showed up way later in the day.

I couldn’t be more happier with my install of my gutters today from leaf guard of Utah. From the salesman Less to the installers, I couldn’t have been more happier. They checked with me throughout the install they were so polite and amazing. I am so excited to finally have rain gutters on our home. We have many trees around the house and the house is a two story very scary climbing ladders to clean out the old almost non existent gutters we had. Thank you leafguard they look absolutely amazing. Now to finish painting the house. They were expensive but absolutely worth the price!

Stephen did the estimate and was both personal and professional, explaining exactly what is available and helped with color choice. They were scheduling out 2-3 weeks. Troy and Keiyan did an excellent job installing and gave a suggestion of using a Rainchain instead of a downspout in a location off my patio that would make an aluminum downspout an eyesore. Install took about 4 hours. Clean up was thorough and highly appreciated. They answered all my questions and were courteous, professional and friendly. Even my dogs were okay with them.
Highly recommend this company for your home’s gutter work or replacement.

The installers Troy and Cesar were so great!!! They were friendly, asked my thoughts on a lot of things and answered all my questions. Their craftsmanship was above and beyond.

It was great working with Brothers That Just Do Gutters. They came to the house and cleaned the gutters and installed gutter guards. The work happened with in a week of me calling for a quote. The guards look great!!
