You need to train the people you send out to do free quotes. the guy that came to my mom's property has done nothing but take advantage of her.

Our experience with all of the LeafFilter company was excellent. it started with the salesman, Stephen. He was very professional and fair and helped us get the best price possible. The actual installers were very efficient and experienced. We are extremely please with the whole process.

Very poor customer service and extremely unprofessional. I will say that my personal experience was bad to say the least. Folks will take your money and don't deliver as promise. If you are using Leaf filter just stay in front of the job and convo. It just seems that this agency is more about money/sales than satisfying the customer. Ultimately, the goal is to satisfy the customer to retain future business correct? Last I will say do your research and look around before settling here.

I am a 40 year career purchasing professional and participated in thousands of negotiations, so I hope readers accept some level of credibility to what I am describing below. I’m accustomed to saying “no” 3 to 4 times more than I say “yes”.
The initial presentation was professional, pressure free and respectful (And ask is not pressure, especially after a potential buyer states their positions and concerns get bad or indifferent). The Sales rep did a highly effective job differentiating Leaf Filter from its numerous competitors and outlining their installation process and having sample components to validate the product attributes. He also provided an easy to understand payback or related ROI in regard to converting to Leaf Filter product compared to my existing open gutter system.The final offer was very fair and compelling enough to move forward. Installation occurred two business days later and the work was done in approximately three hours, they also provided before and after photos that showed the progression of their work and project completion installer was also very considerate, and it went right to work no dillydally very focused, but also quite receptive to any questions I had along the way. Well done.

It was a small job but completed on a cold miserable day by the installers. Even got us on a day earlier than previously scheduled. The product is exactly what I expected. They took care of cleaning the gutters out before the application. No more ladders for me.

This review is not about the company providing the product, but about the shortcomings of the product itself. The product absolutely keeps debris out of your gutters, but it also in certain areas keeps water out. I have two areas where rainwater overwhelms the ability of the filter to allow water to enter the gutters, forcing overflows that causes extreme slashing, causing my porch to rot. This occurs at inside corners. I had to rip out a portion of the Leafilter to stop the overflow. Until Leafilter creates a fix for this problem, I would not recommend this product.

Mr Cox did a excellent job. Measured, calculated, and compiled estimated very quickly. Answered all questions. Very professional .

Rod came out to my house on Saturday September 6, 2025. He showed us the product said he wasn’t a salesperson he was just filling appointments. I highly doubt that. But nevertheless we listened to him, like the product he was showing and set up a date to do the install. He told me while sitting at my kitchen table that the outside finish on their gutter system had a 20 year warranty and the inside finish and sealant had a 50 year warranty. We both agreed I did not need the leaf filter system because there are not trees close to me house and I never have a leaf problem in my yard. When he set up our appointment he said they would be at our house around 1 the day of and they would contact my wife in advance. They showed up at 11. Rod told me they had to have someone on site at start and finish of the job. The installer said he didn’t need us there. Rod said the installer would have our warranty papers. The installer said he gave his last one out the day before. I was not happy so I called Rod and got no answer so I called the 1800 number and told them of my concerns. They said they would have someone from the Mobile office call me. That was September 9 2025. Rod finally text me later that day and said he was at an appointment how could he help me. I texted him back with my concerns and have yet heard anything from him or gotten a call from the Mobile office. That to me is very shady and I would not recommend anyone doing business with them. The installers did a great job on the installation but as far as the salesperson and the office staff they are not worried about customer satisfaction in my opinion.

The leaf filter product yall put on top of my existing gutters worked like a champ just like they were supposed to. Last night about 1:30 am it rained sheets of rain. It was blowing pretty hard too. Don’t have to climb an clean anymore gutters.Thanks to yall good job.

Technician did a great job. Fast and efficient and cleaned up after himself. How ever I still have a small leak on an end cap.

Stay very far away from this scam company trying to charge an 80 year old lady, my mother in law, 27k for a gutter system on a 2500 square foot house, after she didn't go for the 27k he offered the same system 10 minutes later for 12k then the same day he went down to 5k. Then she told him to leave. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

LeafFilter installed the gutters on my home and they look great. Leaves are filtered away while rain water goes down the gutters. I would recommend LeafFilter to anyone needing gutters.

They did an excellent and professional job. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Marty the salesman was great. He even stopped by on installation day. 5 stars across the board!

Salesman Marty, really a pro! Courteous & respectful. He preformed a complete inspection, and offered an explanation on products available at Leaf Factor, costs & material differences .Seems to me they have/offer the superior product of those available. Marty answered all my questions & offered suggestions. Lots of options and all presented to me. This is a person who was comfortable with his product line & sincerely believed it's the best! I do also!
