tried to subcontract to this company. provided address, photos, detailed screenshots and information on exact products to be used, etc. agreed to an extreme price which would leave them with $6/LF profit on 255LF of gutters to clean them out and attach some screen guards. they then changed the deal and wanted almost $10/LF profit. its only 2/5 instead of 1/5 because the estimate was fast and the responsiveness of communication was fast. if you hire them just make sure you have everything IN WRITING and signed
EDIT (response to owner's response) 1/11/22: See new attachments proving otherwise. me clarifying in our very first conversation that our scope of work was installing an EXACT gutter screen i even provided a PHOTO from the home depot website of the exact product you were estimating to install. then after being given the price i made up a sheet professionally laying out the agreement, again with a PHOTO and details of the exact item you were including in the estimate. you were ON SITE and measured the house, considered the height, difficulty etc all taken into consideration on the $2500 price we agreed to. nothing changed. we confirmed we were both on the same page with all of this then it was 4-5 days later you decided the price DIDNT include the material. so either you ignored what i was working so hard to clearly communicate, you didnt take the time to review what i was providing, you chose not to listen, OR you intentionally changed the estimate after the fact. doesnt matter, unprofessional on any of the above.

I had gutters and gutter guards installed today they turned out beautiful. Everyone was friendly and polite especially Brad he explained the process and kept me informed throughout the job. I would highly recommend them if you need gutters installed on your home.
