Tristan and Raj were the first people to arrive after the valve broke and they let us know what would come next. We had a great experience with this team.

Our house had water seeping into the floor from rain, Billy and Allan were able to come over on short notice at the break of dawn. They were so helpful moving items to properly dry out the space and were accommodating in their equipment set up for my grandparents with mobility issues. The paperwork process was straightforward and clear, and realistic expectations about damage were discussed. Extremely helpful, glad we called.

Joshua and his crew were amazing at cleaning my unit. There was a fire at my storage unit in Pearl City. Scheduling the initial inspection and clean up was simple done online/qr code.

Joshua explained what they'll be doing prior to the start of the job and made sure to keep me up to date on its status. Which included removing everything, cleaning the unit itself as well as my containers (as applicable).

He also made sure if there was any prefered setup when putting everything back.

I would definitely recommend Sevpro, if they hire people like him who show aloha and thoughtfulness when it comes to other people's belongings/memories.

Thank you to Tevita and his team for cleaning our storage unit after smoke got in it from another unit fire! It was very easy and they let us stay while they cleared everything out and cleaned all of our contents. They also asked us how we wanted everything put back into the unit which was very helpful for us.

Regarding the fire at 2830 Wilikina Dr., wahiawa, HI 96786: My apt. 411 received water damage to the carpets throughout, soot damage to carpets, bathroom flooring, vents and screens. Servpro inspection was performed forthwith and thoroughly. Machines were brought in to cleanse the air and dry the carpet. Kelvin has been very knowledgeable and helpful, professional and responsive to my situation. I am impressed with Servepro.

I called several companies while trying to deal with a horder level situation after several prolonged illnesses in my family. For some of the companies, "Deep Clean" meant they'll wash windows. For others it meant they'd come with a literal shovel and toss everything.

I really needed something in between. Mixed in with all the mess were things we weren't ready to part with as a family. Heather, Ray and JD went out of their way to work with us.

The team literally cleaned the ceiling down to the floor, moving to another area if my mom wanted to look at something where they were working. They were efficient in addition to being unbelievably warm and kind. They scrubbed down huge shelving units just as easily as they helped us rescue a set of ancient, glass McDonald's cups that my grandma would make us root beer floats in every Saturday when we were little.

I had so many consultants come over to the house, but none of them felt like the right fit. I understand the importance of cleaning everything out, but I worried so much about how my little brother would feel about having strangers digging through his grandparents' house. I worried we would lose important documents that they liked to keep safe by hiding them under, behind, or in innocuous items. I worried my mom would feel like we weren't getting our money's worth which would lead to any future project getting a ton of family pushback.
